I hit the door with my shoulder and I fell against the back of the closet. I screamed again hoping something would hear me. I got my phone and I had just enough service to call someone. I dialed Bobby.
"Bobby," I yelled into it.
"Jenifer where are you?" he said worriedly.
"Track my phone," I said before the call went dead.
I just sat on the ground waiting. Please someone I kept thinking. My phone beeped dead as the light went dark. I sat there alone as the suffocating darkness choked me. I almost feel asleep when I heard something muttering. I jumped up and put my ear to the door. I heard a guy muttering "salt and iron".
"Help please," I said.
"Is someone in there?" I heard a guy say.
"Yes," I said.
"Hold on let me get Sam," he said.
I heard some foot steps shuffling around.
"Hey you're going to be OK," I heard Sam say. "Just step back."
I backed up and heard something banging on the door. Then a loud crack and Sam opened the door. I ran and hugged Sam.
"Jen, is that you?" he asked shocked. "Are you OK?"
I nodded stepping back. "What the hell happened who would do this?"
Sam looked at me in such a way and I couldn't breath.
"No," I said. "No but is Nick,"
Sam shrugged. "We'll just have to survive."
"What does that mean someone has died?" I asked.
"Yes," he said.
"Sam I need you to promise me something," I said.
"What do you mean?" he asked.
"Salt and burn," I said and he looked shocked.
"You're not going to die Jen," he said
"Really?," I said. "With the demon and the note that Nick said."
"Wait no, I promise I won't let you die," he said.
"Who is she?" another girl asked.
"But what if this what he meant," I said ignoring her.
"Isn't she smart," a voice rang out.
I turned around as the blood curdling voice spoke.
"Jenifer, I'm guessing Nick failed. What a shame? Is it not Sammy," the yellow eyed demon said.
"Stay away from her. She doesn't belong here," Sam said as he stepped in front of me.
"Sorry Sammy she is feisty and insulted me," he said then he flicked his wrist and Sam flew to the side. I stood there and grabbed an iron poker from a fireplace. I held it like a bat. "Oh, Jenny you're adorable." He said walking toward me.
I swung in front of me but he disappeared. Everyone cowered on the side of the room. I grabbed some salt of a window still and threw it once i found the demon.
"You bitch," he yelled in pain. I was about to hit him when he grabbed my weapon. He started to bend it and pushed me down against the wall. My chest seared in pain.
He walked over to me and picked me up. His hands closed around my throat. I couldn't breath. He smiled as I was slipping towards death. He leaned in close to my ear.
"Ready for hell?" he said before my vision went black.
