Jennie's POV

I feel cold even if I'm still in my sleep. I turned around but didn't feel Jisoo. I opened my eyes to find I'm the only one in her bedroom. Where did she go?

I rubbed my eyes since I'm still sleepy. I looked around then go out of her bedroom. The hallway is dark, it gives me chills.

Jennie: Jisoo where are you?

I suddenly heard scratching sounds from the kitchen. I gulped and slowly walked towards the kitchen. I stopped in my tracks when I heard a low growl. I'm freaking out right now.

Jennie: b-babe don't sca-scare me please!

The growling sound started to get closer, I step back. Suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder, I turned around and screamed when I saw a very scary face. I crouched down covering my face then I heard confettis popped making me more startled. The lights turn on and laughter heard. I looked up to find all three of those idiots laughing their ass off seeing me scared.

Jisoo: happy birthday Jendeukie!!!

Lichaeng: HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNNIE!!!

I'm relieved but angry at the same time.

Jennie: yahh!! Do you guys want me to have heart attack!!?

I glared at them, especially Lisa who is wearing that damn scary mask. They laughed before hugging me tightly.

Lisa: ayee nini!! We just want to give you a surprise.

Rosé: yes unnie! It's all Jisoo unnie's plan though.

I pinched Jisoo's tummy, as she whined.

Jisoo: I'm soorrryyyy! Ouch! stop pinching me!!

Rosé: okay okay stop now. Cut the cake unnie.

Lisa bring the cake. They started to sing birthday song. I smiled, this makes my heart warm. They never forget to greet me on my birthday just after 12 at night.

Rosé: make a wish!

I closed my eyes before wishing "let our bond be strong forever."

I blow the candles and cut the cake.

We all settle down in the living room. They arranged some fried chicken, tteokbokki, ramen etc. Basically every food that we crave but can't eat because of diet.

Rosé: gosh I'm craving for these so much!!

She started to stuffing her mouth like she didn't ate for days.

Lisa: yah yah! Give me some also!!

They started to fight childishly. I giggled while watching them. I feel staring at me. I looked over at her and smiled softly.

Jisoo: yah! Let's eat now. How's everything going on?

She asked the other two. I started to eat. I can feel that Jisoo is stressed about something. Maybe it is because she gets interrogated by the police, also her health isn't going well.

Lisa: as usual busy schedule. You're gonna be more busy from the day after tomorrow unnie.

Rosé: yes.. I never thought that you're gonna be a CEO. Are you gonna be okay?

Jisoo nodded looking down to her lap. I know she is not happy doing making the choice. I hold her hand.

Jennie: hey you'll be fine okay? Since we are in a whole different world, we needed to accept whatever situation we are in. Let's just pray that nothing bad happens and also support each other.

I said giving them a comforting smile.

Rosé: aii of course! We got each others back.

Lisa: yess!!

Jisoo: Jendeukie is getting older now HAHAHAHA!!

They all laughed as I glared at her.

Ugh! this chikin will never stop teasing me.

Author's POV

Jaebong: she becomes beautiful in those years. Alas! She lost her memory.

He said smirking at Jisoo's pictures.

Robert: it rumored that famous Idol Jennie Kim is her girlfriend.

Jaebong: hahahaha!! I don't care. I want her to climb up the throne.

He laughed like a maniac. Robert cleared his throat.

Robert: um I already killed the traitor Karin. But uhh I couldn't found the pendrive-- AAHH!!

A paper weight hits his head making him fall on the floor groaning.

Jaebong: WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU DOING THEN!? I NEED THAT PENDRIVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF ANYONE FIND THAT I'LL BE FINISHED.

He angrily shouted at him.

Robert: I'm tr-trying-- ouuffh!!

Jaebong kicked him on the stomach.

Jaebong: if you couldn't found it by tomorrow I'll kill you and your whole family. Remember it!

He walked out of his office room, walking towards the car. That pendrive is important because all of his wrong doings proof are in it. From illegal constructions, murder to drug deals and many more. Not only his but his business partners are also involved in this.

Jaebong: I'll make sure to give you a massive shock Kim Sangjun.

He smirked thinking about his evil plans.

Jisoo's POV

It's already 3 AM in the morning. All three of them are knocked out by alcohol. I'm too much worried and stressed to sleep. I looked over at their sleeping figures.

Lisa and Rosé are on a couch while Jennie on the floor hugging the empty champagne bottle and sleeping. I quietly giggled at her cute sleeping face.

Jisoo: Jen let's go to bed.

I tried to pull her up but she only groaned and try to push me down with her. I sighed, grabbing a blanket and put it on her.

I'm not in the mood to sleep so I went to my room to grab a book. I noticed the clothes that I brought to the hotel are messily laying on the floor. I put down the book on the table before starting to fold those clothes.

I grabbed one of my long coat when I felt something in it's pocket. I put my hand in its pocket then take out that thing.

It's a pendrive.

I'm really confused, whose pendrive is it? Definitely not mine. Where did it come from?
