Rosé's POV

Ughh! I forget to bring umbrella with me. I am in the convenient store to buy some ramen. I was craving for it. The sky was cloudy but I'm so freaking hungry that the umbrella slip out of my mind.

Now waiting inside the convenient store, looking outside and it's also getting late. I can't call our manager cause I sneaked out. It's 9 in the evening. And because of heavy raining the store is empty, Only me and the store keeper.

I was looking through my insta on my phone while I heard the entrance open and someone come in. I put my phone down, fixed my mask and bucket hat, to secure my identity. I turned my head and saw a girl in all black picking some ramen. She is around Jennie's height. She have petite figure. As if that girl feels my stare on her, she turned around to me. But I immediately diverted my gaze to somewhere else.

I stared outside of the window for quite sometime. Someone sit down in front of me in my table. I looked up to see the same girl who was buying ramen. I fixed my mask and cap again, trying to ignore my nervousness. It's too risky if she finds out who I am.

I looked down to my phone, it's already 9:30. Jennie and Lisa both texted and called me, I told them I am fine. I sighed.

The girl: Cover your unique colour hair Rosé-shi.

I almost got heart attack when she called me by my name.

Rosé: w-what? W-who are you!!?

I screeched in fear. What the hell!? Is she a stalker!? She chuckled. Her voice is so deep, almost like Jisoo unnie.

The girl: did you forget about your neighbour this fast?

Then it clicked on my head. She seemed familiar.

Rosé: oh-oh... umm am sorry... I just--

Our neighbour: hmm... it's okay... stuck in the rain?? I see...

Rosé: yeah I forgot to bring my umbrella.

She is still looking outside and I'm secretly looking at her. She is wearing mask and her hood is so down that I can't see her eyes. I only see her light brown hair.

Rosé: I guess you forget your umbrella also...

But to my surprise she put her umbrella on the table.

Rosé: you have your umbrella... then why are you still here?

She looked at me... well she is looking through her hood. I looked away, because her aura is too cold.

The girl: do you have problem if I stay here??

She asked coldly. God damnit.

Rosé: n-no I'm just say--

The girl: let's go... the rain is not that heavy now...

I hesitated for a moment.

The girl: we are going to the same place... let's just hurry up so you can't catch up many people's eyes.

She have the point. So we exit from the store and started to walk towards our apartment. She is holding the umbrella and tell me to stay close to her, as I did. The cold wind making me shiver, I moved more closer to her unknowingly. She is quiet warm. A few creepy looking old mans staring at us weirdly under the shades.

In 10 minutes we arrived at our apartment. We went straight to the elevator. She closed the umbrella and fixing her black coat.

Rosé: uhh thank you for helping me miss...

The girl: it's okay... no need to thank me...

This time her voice is kind of not so cold. I smiled and remove my mask and hat, fixing my hair. Maybe I judged her too fast without getting to know her. She helped me and even tried to cover my identity.

As we reached our floor she walked out first and I followed her. I saw two frantic members of my group peeking out of the door, waiting for me.

I walked towards them.

Lisa: Rosie!!

Jennie: Rosé! Where the fuck were you!!? We were worried sick! Are you cra--

She stopped blabbering as she looked behind me and saw our neighbour. She blushed and looked away. What's wrong with Jennie??

Lisa: ohh! Hello again neighbour!!

She went to our neighbour.

Lisa: why are you two come back together?? Hmm... something fishy... hmmm..

She started to acted like a detective. I rolled my eyes.

Rosé: I will tell you later... thank you again...

I don't know her name.

The girl: Call me Ji...

She said in her usual cold, deep voice. Her voice send shiver down my spine.

Rosé: o-okay... Ji...

Lisa: ohhh your name is Ji.... hello Ji... nice to meet yo--

Jennie: shut up Lisa!

Savage Jennie.

Jennie: uhh let's get inside guys... Rosé you are soacked... you should get changed.

She is right. I might get sick.

Rosé: yeah... uhh I'll get going now.... thanks Ji..

I know it's not her name... maybe first part of her name. I went inside dragging a whining Lisa and a glaring Jennie. I closed the door.

Lisa: why didn't you let me talk to her!?

Jennie: Yes!! Why!!?

They are now both glaring at me.

Rosé: what the hell guys!? Why are you two glaring at me??

They are acting weird.

Lisa: I wanted to talk to her..

Jennie: she don't want to talk to you... she was looking at me... duh..

Lisa: don't exaggerate yourself unnie... she was about to talk to me if you didn't interrupted us.

Jennie: of course not! She was feeling uncomfortable because you were too close to he--

Rosé: stop stop stop! Why are you guys fig--

They sulked and go to their own rooms. I am amused by their reaction. What in the God's name happened to this girls?
