Jisoo's POV

I always stayed in front of hundred cameras without any nervousness. Today is exception. I keep on sweating, my hands are shaking. I need to go in the hall and give speech in front the whole damn media.

I look at my phone, Jennie still didn't call me. I feel down more. She told me she will come here. I told her I feel nervous. She laughed at first, because I never get shy or nervous in front of media. I think it's before, now my situation is tight. She agreed to come in the end.

The door opened of my room where I'm getting ready. I thought it's Jennie, but it's my older sister with mom.

Mom: Jisoo.. I miss you my baby.

She hugged me tightly, sobbing. We didn't talked or met for months. I miss her so much. I caress her back. I pain my heart whenever mom cry.

Jisoo: I miss you too mom. I'm sorry for not contacting you or unnie. I was going through a lot.

Unnie: we understand. It's partly our fault also not to defend you when dad said those words to you. We also didn't contacted you.

After mom pull away, unnie hugged me also. They are the only persons who understand be a bit. I couldn't see oppa, I asked them.

Jisoo: oppa didn't came?

They give me sad smiles. I know he is not happy with the decision dad made. He deserves the position because of his hard work.

Mom: he will see you later, don't worry.

I nodded. We are about to continue our conversation when my father come in. He is looking at me coldly.

Dad: still not ready yet? Is this time for chit chatting? I expect you to be out in the hall in 5 mins.

He said angrily slamming the door shut. I clenched my jaw feeling frustrated. Unnie patted my back. I fixed my hair then walked in the hall room. There are hundreds of cameras and reporters taking pictures.

Almost 2 hours of tolerating this frustrating meeting it ended without any difficulties. I sighed in relief as I sit down on the dressing room couch.

Mom: you are the new CEO. Be energetic Jisoo. You need a lot of energy.

She said messing my hair. Unnie laughed as I pouted.

I checked my phone, there's still no texts or calls from Jennie. Is something happened? I should call Lisa or Rosé. Jennie will never break promise unless she is in problem.

I was about to call Lisa when dad interrupt me.

Dad: I hope you remember we have to attend a dinner with my business partner.

Shoot! I forgot that.

Jisoo: uh yes.

Dad: since everything packed up here, we will go to attend the dinner.

I can't give any excuse right now. I need to do things that I hate, since I'm the CEO.

We all leave for the restaurant that booked for the dinner. I have this bad feeling again, that something bad is about to happen.

I thought we are going to a restaurant. We are in a privet resort outskirts of the city. Mom and unnie looks uneasy.

Unnie: aren't we going to restaurant?

She asked. The car stopped, our bodyguard open the door as we go outside. It's a very fancy resort. I think it's a privet resort, belongs to someone.
