"Sorry rock," she said teasingly while giggling. "But look at all those shops!". When I finally felt less dizzy I looked up and gasped. It was a huge place with millions of shops, nothing compared to the ones we had in the US.

"I heard there was a shop called Ollivanders or something like that where you can buy a wand since you need one." said my sister as I snapped back to reality. "Come on let's go get your wand out of the way so we can have a chance to look around," she said with a huge grin on her face. She grabbed my arm and dragged me through what seemed like millions of people shopping in this amazing area.

As we looked for Ollivanders, we passed by amazing shops. In the displays were some very expensive-looking brooms and a cool-looking ice cream shop called "FLOREAN FORTESCUE'S ICE CREAM PARLOUR".

"Seems like it's here," said Arleth as we stopped in front of a very old shop with big lights on the display windows. As we walked inside it was huge, there were shelves on every single wall full of wand boxes. A man around 30 brought us up and performed some sort of ritual that somehow got me a wand. Whatever it was, it was an amazing experience. The United Kingdom's wizard shopping was way better than the one we had in the United States.

We later made our way to Flourish and Blotts" to buy the book we needed for the school year, and maybe some extra books for ourselves. "What do you think you're doing here you death eater!?" I turned around and saw a blond man being held by a woman with her wand pointed at him.

"Come on let's get out of here we can come back later" whispered my sister as she started dragging me to the counter, after paying she started dragging me towards the exit. We didn't talk about the scandal, and I'm pretty she didn't want to talk about it as much as me.

After the whole scandal at "Flourish and Blotts" we stopped by a bar called the "Leaky Cauldron" ."What should I get" asked Arleth as she looked at the menu "I don't know about you but I want to try Butterbeer" I said placing down my menu. "Well, I'll take the Pumpkin Juice then, let me know if the Butterbeer tastes good, I might get it afterward. I'll go order you can wait here," said Arleth as she was getting up.

I looked around the bar and saw the same blond man I saw at "Flourish and Blotts" sitting alone at a table located in a very dark corner. He was drinking what seemed like a beer. I made eye contact with him, he had cold grey eyes that reflected sadness. I wonder why, he quickly looked away and got up to leave. As he headed out the door I got a closer look at him, he looked around my age.

"Who you looking at rock?" said my sister. I was so startled by my sister's voice that I nearly fell off my chair. I looked back at the door and the blond man was walking out. "Nobody" I replied adjusting myself on my chair. "Ok then, well here's your Butterbeer scaredy-cat"

As I drank my beer I thought about the blond man, he just seemed, sad.

[Draco's POV:] I woke to find a Hogwarts letter on my desk. I picked it up and read it. I needed a new book for this year since my old one was destroyed. I looked around my room gloomily. I didn't want to leave the comfort of it. But I had to because I needed to buy the book. Maybe I can ask my mom to buy it for me? No, she won't like the idea of me going back. I forced myself to get up and change out of my pj's.

"Going somewhere?" asked my mom from the kitchen counter with a cup of tea, and with a smile on her face, as I walked down the stairs. "Yeah, I just need to go buy a new book for the school year," I replied walking towards the door.

"Oh, Draco...are you sure you want to go back?" asked my mom worryingly. "Why do you ask?" I replied, although I already knew the answer. "Well...I don't mean to be rude or anything, but considering the past events and how you are being treated outside home, I just thought it would be better for you to not go to Hogwarts this year" she responded looking down at her cup of tea.

"I'll be ok Mom I promise" and with that, I grabbed my coat and started to walk to Diagon Alley. I could've just apparated, I thought to myself. I walked into Flourish and Blotts and started looking for "The Standard Book of Spells, Grade 7 by Miranda Goshawk."

"Hello sir do you need any help?" I looked to my right and saw a witch that looked about a few years older than me. She had a huge smile on her face but as soon as she looked at my face her smile faded. "What do you think you're doing here you death eater!?" she had gotten her wand out and pointed it at me.

The whole store went silent and turned to look at us. "Nothing I just came to buy a book for school," I replied with a soft voice as I looked down at my feet. "Look at me when you speak to me you filthy death eater" said the lady. She used to her wand to lift my face, she had a huge grin on her face, a disgusting grin. "Now my wand is filthy, just like you." said the lady as she removed her wand from my face and lowered it to my neck, the wood stabbing my throat.

"Now I see you are trying to steal aren't you?" she looked down at the books I was holding. "No I was going to pay for them," I said as I struggled to keep my voice from shaking. "Well nobody wants to buy books a filthy death eater has touched, come to the counter and pay for them or else I'll kick you out".

As the lady dragged me towards the counter I saw a girl, or maybe a boy, I couldn't tell, but they were about my age with a worried look looking at me. They had green emerald eyes, dark skin, and wavy short, black hair. They had brown pants and a white sweater on. "Hurry up you death eater" said the lady and threw me towards the counter taking my view off the girl.

I turned back and they were getting dragged towards the exit by another girl that seemed to be an older sibling or maybe a friend. They looked at me with pity and worry as they were dragged out the door.

"Hurry up death eater I don't got all day to deal with your filthy ass!" yelled the lady, I handed her the money and headed out the door. As I walked I headed straight to the leaky cauldron, I ordered a beer and sat down in the darkest corner of the bar. I kept my eye on the door in case anybody from the Ministry of Magic came, I didn't feel like dealing with them after the crazy lady at Flourish and Blotts.

Someone from there did show up but it was somebody I didn't expect, the kid I saw at  Flourish and Blotts. That kid was talking with their companion who later got up and I assume she went to order. They started looking around and made eye contact with me. They didn't get up and start yelling "Death Eater!" like most people did when they saw me. They instead looked at me with the same green eyes full of pity and worry. I looked away quickly.

I got up and left the leaky cauldron and apparated home. I ran up to my bedroom and closed my door. I threw myself onto my bed to think about what just happened at Diagon Alley. Why did the kid look at me in pity and not fear? Do they know who I am or are they just a tourist? Why did I choose to join The dark lord?

These thoughts flowed through my brain until I fell asleep, still confused about that kid.
