Once we get in the car my mum starts bombarding me with questions. "Woohoo, tell me everything. What's he like? How'd you meet? What does he like? What did you mean when you said one of? Do you like him? Have you-"

"Okay mum, okay calm down. We met at school he's in all my classes. He's really nice and shy. We haven't done anything yet and I have 13 soulmates in total."

I hear a loud sound and then my body being thrown forwards as the car breaks. "THIRTEEN!" I chuckle.

"That's what I said." I hear my mum take a deep breath before the car starts again.

"Well anyway congratulations hunny he seemed like a really nice boy."

"Thanks mum." I place my hand on the divider palm up so she knows I want her hand. She grabs it seconds later with a squeeze before going back to driving. We spend the rest of the drive talking about my first day and when we get home I go up to my room.

I put on an audio book and sit down on my bed as I eat a pack of crisps (again sorry I'm English so if your American I mean chips) but I soon realise I can't concentrate. I put my food down and turn of my Alexa deciding I should go for a run to clear my head before peter arrives.

I walk over to my balcony doors and open them. I check no-one can see me and shift into a bird and fly into the woods. Once I'm in there I shift into a wolf and begin to run.

I don't know how long I run for but I don't get tired. I've already mapped out pretty much everything in my mind. I decide to stop at this lake I found and lay down for a few minutes. I'm just so nervous.

I hear some rustling beside me and sense a small creature there probably a rabbit. It doenst notice me so I shift into a smaller form of my wolf and  crouch down. When it gets closer I leap at it playfully only to miss and it run away I quickly give chase. Forgetting all about returning home.

Peter's POV:
Earlier that day
The second I got home I told aunt may all about Charlie before I decided it was best to call the others to tell them the news. I headed to my room and sat on my bed as I called Mr Stark. He answers on the forth ring.

"Hey kid what's up?" He asked bored.

"I found her Mr Stark I found her. She goes to my schools and she has purple and pink hair and-" I was suddenly cut off from talking.

"Slow down kid, found who?" He asked clearly now intested.

"Our soulmate Mr Stark. Her name is Charlina Arianna Delude her family just moved here." I practically shout into the phone with my need to tell them everything.

"What! Our soulmate." This clearly draws him attention from the others as I hear rushed footsteps and loud voices. "Peter hurry up and get over to the tower so you can tell us about her."

"No can do Mr Stark or I'll be late for dinner. We're having pizza at her house I'll be over afterwards goodbye." I quickly hang up and power off my phone so that they can't track me as I get ready.

After I'm done and have somehow managed to calm my nerves I head out the door. I call out a "Bye aunt may." As I walk out. Once I reach the alleyway I quickly begin swinging in the direction of Char's house making sure not to be seen.

It only takes me a short time and I'm around the corner. I walk around the corner and notice a huge 3 story house. When I reach the door I stand there for a minute before taking a deep breath and knocking.

It takes a moment but soon the door is opened and Charlie's mum Mary is standing in front of me. "Oh hi Peter, come on in. Charlie should be upstairs in her room it's on the third floor do you think you can get her for me please." She says with a warm smile that reminds me of my aunts.

I head in the direction she pointed and walk up the stairs until I reach the third floor. I knock and wait. After a few minutes I knock again but still no answer. I pull on the door handle and lightly open it a crack. "Charlie? Charlie are you in here?" I call but get no response.

I walk in and notice how amazing her room looks before searching every room and finding nothing. As panic begins to wash over me I quickly run down to the stairs and into the kitchen where the smell of fresh pizza greets me. "Mr and Mrs Delude Charlie's not upstairs." I shout in panic.

"Calm down kid." A warm looking middle aged man with brown hair- who I assume is Charlie's dad- says. "She's probably just gone for a walk and will be back soon."

This makes me panic even more. "Charlie's blind she will get lost."

I'm about to run out the front door to find her when a hand grabs my arm stopping me. "Relax hun, our Charlie has very good senses she will be-" She's cut off by loud howl outside followed by two shorted one's. But I'm not focused on the fact that there's a wolf nearby as I feel pain coming from my soulmark. Charlie's in trouble.

I run outside and Charlie's parents follow as we all head in the direction of the howls. They keep coming pattern. 1 long 2 short pause. When we reach the sound I freeze as I'm met by a small wolf covered in blood. A wolf I can tell is my soulmate. CHARLIE!
