Sangoku Taichi: as a senpai you are supposed to care for your Kōhai and help them when needed, you should be helpful and patient with them, you shouldn't teach them bad thing because you know better as you are holders and they most likely look up to you and want to be like you. You should be supportive and encouraging and never say no to them when they ask for help as is it is you duty to them to be there for them when needed.

And may I ask why you are awake at such and hour? Not that we won't help, we will help you no matter what time it is but you need a good, healthy sleeping schedule to maintain a good life with good energy and be the best version of yourself and not get sick or injured, but back to the topic at hand.
