She went out to bring some groceries as she had Ntg to eat at home. as she pulls up to her doorstep, she finds herself almost tripping over a large box that took her whole door mat, the only pop of color against the beige-themed walls.

what's this?

she get's the package out of the way and walks in with it, setting it on her counter top.

the box itself had no text of where it had come from nor from who it was from - it was a simple neon pink box.

as she slid the lid off, she had come to the realization that it wasn't a package - but a cake.
a literal cake. and it was big. it was a circle-shaped cake that had white frosting dripping over the sides, with glittery type of gel occupying the top with its simple creation of words: i missed u

the vessels in y/n's brain had tied around the sender so fast it made her almost dizzy. You wondered who gave u this cake as u couldn't find anyone there. Just as u were abt to open the door u heard someone calling ur name.

The last person u wanted to see but the only person u r still craving for ...

I hide my tears when I say your name, but the pain in my heart is still the same. Although I smile and seem care free, there is no one who misses you ...more than me!

Warm tears already fall on your cheeks and you quickly leave the scene and running away from ur house not even caring abt the word started u r getting frm others.

Tae: Y/n!! WAIT !!!

you heard his voice calling for you but you didn't bother to stop, instead you keep running away. Too bad, no matter how fast you run you're just getting slower and slower. You've been running far enough and you didn't heard his voice anymore. So you decided to stop and holding both of your knees, while catching your breath.

Once your breath become stable, from the corner of your eyes you notice a figure, a familiar one. Gasp, you widened your eyes when you saw him standing there, panting.

Y/n: W-wh- why you-

Tae: I need to ask u something.

He asked, not caring about your question.

Y/n: What?
Tae:Why you didn't come to clg?
y/n: lemme tell u a story.. I'm in love with that guy, who show me what love means. He showed me things that I don't know and makes me happy, protect me and care about me. But there was a misunderstanding, I thought he loved me, i thought he cared for me then I know the truth. He took me for granted and he play with my heart.
"I don't know if i got fooled by him or is it just me who trust that guy too much. Now I think it's not a misunderstanding anymore, Taehyung. YOU! You're just playing with me all the time! Now what the hell are you doing here, running to me with leaving a cake for me saying u missed me?? You shoud've just stay there talking shirts abt me with ur frnds!
Tae:No! NO! NO Y/N LISTEN!
Y/n:YOU LISTEN TO ME!

you cut him off when he was about to hold your hand.

Y/n:Leave me alone! Don't ever show up in front of me anymore. I don't want to love someone who talks shits abt me behind my back with my own friends.

your tears rolled down to your cheeks as those harsh words slipped from your lips. U can see him smiling but u were too broken to decipher wt his smile mean.

💔I looked at him smiling and laughing and my heart was filled with love and i thought: yes i choose him he is my person but wt i failed to see was that he hasn't chosen me to be his 💔
