Holding Hands

Paige's Pov:

           Oh my gosh. I just got out of school and am texting Whitley, and my heart is doing backflips. I can't even mention her name without blushing. I really want to hold her hand at recess tomorrow, but I can't work up the courage to do it. What could I do... LILY! I need to text Lily to get her advice. She may be annoying at times, but she gives the best relationship advice. I text Whitley that I need to go and log off to text Lily. 

Third Wheel Idiot

Paige: Hey

Lily: Wassup

Paige: I need to talk to you about something important

Lily: What is it?

Paige: How do I hold Whitley's hand?

Lily:😑

Paige: What?

Lily: I was worried that your cat died or sumn, and you need to know how to hold Whitley's hand?

Paige: Sry

Lily: It's fine. We gotta come up with a plan tho

Paige: I don't think I can do it

Lily: yes you can.

Paige: What if I was super smooth and asked her if she could hold something and give her my hand?

Lily: That's a good idea, but the question is do you have enough confidence to do it?

Paige: No.

Lily: Well I gotta go, but I think you should just ask. ttyl

At school (Paige's Pov): 

                   It's recess time. I had an encouragement speech from Lily, but I don't think I can do it. But I have to. "Oh for god's sake WHITLEY PAIGE WANTS TO HOLD YOUR HAND" Lily yelled. I stopped. Whitley walked over to me and said "Is this true?" "Y-yeah" "Then hold my hand" "O-okay" I grabbed her hand and smiled. "MYAAAAA, SOPHIAAAAAAA" Lily yelled "Oh for god's sake," I said. They came running over and started fangirling. I rolled my eyes, and couldn't stop smiling, because my crush and I were holding hands
