it was truly a long day.
after the scavenger hunt and lunch, they had to do team building activities which involved a lot of wood collecting and competitions. luckily, most of sooyoung's team members have been blessed with athletic abilities aside from her and byeol.
she was fairly surprised with how strong jongho and minjee were. the two did most of the work in terms of endurance and strength, with some help from yeosang. jihae and wooyoung did the planning and dividing of task while also participating in some physical stuff. seonghwa did whatever his girlfriend told him, sometimes just do things for her. byeol and sooyoung just basically stood there.
sooyoung thought that yeosang's girlfriend was a sweetheart. too much of a sweetheart. the kind of sweetheart that she wanted to protect but at the same time wanted to exploit.
byeol was annoyingly kind to the point where sooyoung thought it would be better for her to be roasted in hell rather than be surrounded by people like byeol in heaven.
byeol actually insisted in helping but yeosang didn't let her, saying, "i'm not risking it. you have asthma." she really couldn't argue because she literally don't know how to.
the two unathletic girls just gave their team moral support and a bottle of water once in a while.
after that, all the students were required to attend the campfire where they sang cheesy songs and told predictable stories while suffering from the heat of the enormous flame they were surrounding. training for hell, i guess.
now that the day was finally over, the four girls were back in their room, freshening up.
sooyoung felt soreness spreading in her body as she massaged her shoulder. she laid eyes upon the pain relievers wooyoung had given her and found herself unconsciously smiling.
"where'd you get that?" jihae peeked from behind.
"oh, paramedics." she sheepishly replied as that's what she recalled.
the other tented her brows. "we don't have paramedics."
"huh?"
"i mean, we have the school nurse but i doubt she has pain relievers, especially those kind."
