"Goood moorningg Krista" Lori practically sings to me as she sits next to me on the bus. I pull one of my jet black earbuds out and half-sigh, half-say, "good morning."
"So..." she says, "are you going to the movies tonight?"
Oh right, it's Friday and a bunch of our friends are going to the movies tonight to start April vacation off right.
"Ya, of course." I say, pulling out my other earbud and turning my music off.
We have our normal conversations about who is going out with who, the Spanish assignment that was assigned yesterday, and how we should make more plans for April vacation.
The bright yellow bus pulls up to the two story brick building, known as Smith High School, and we both groan.
I just have to get through one more day.
