I decide to just tell her.
"Hey carla, I know you might not want to know this, but I need to tell someone."
Her big blue eyes stare at me intently, on the edge of fear and sadness.
"I... I think I know who made that website..."
Tears of anger come from her.
"W-who?"she studders out.
"I think it was..." should I tell her? What if I'm wrong?
"I think it was Talia."
....................
It's 3 am and I wake up to my phone vibrating rapidly, which means that Alex is calling me. What could he possibly want at 3 in the morning?
I answer and whisper "hello?"
"Meet me outside... now"
"What's going on?" I try to ask, but it's too late, I'm inturruped by a click, ending the call.
I grab my glasses from my dresser and take a quick glance in the mirror. I'm wearing an old t shirt from a dance compitition and my favorite black sweatpants. My hair is a mess, so i throw my frizzy locks into a messy bun and slip on my moccasins. Good thing it's still dark out. I sneak outside onto my porch and look around. I don't see him- or anyone for that matter. Someone comes out from the side and grabs me. Before I even have a chance to scream, there's a warm hand over my mouth. The scent is so familiar, and i can instantly tell it's Cole. He let's go of me and pushes me along to the other side of the street, where I make out a figure to be Alex. Okay, as of right now, I'm pretty sure that I'm the only one who doesn't know what's going on. "Shhh.... follow me" Alex whispers. Cole's hand is still on my back, warm compared to the brisk morning air. I silently follow him down the street, to the preschool playground at the end of my street.
"What are we doing he-"
"Shhhh" Alex cuts me off.
I thought we were done moving, but we weren't. Alex scales the fence like it's nothing. He is body moves so swiftly up and over the fence. I hear his feet thump down on the grass. Cole pushes me to go foward, but I shake my head. There's no way I'm climbing that. Realizing that he probably can't see me well.
"I'm not climbing that" I whisper.
He bends down on one knee and puts his hand out for me to step on.
I here Alex climbing back up the other side, when I see his head pop up on the other side.
"C'mon Kris, it's ok. I got you." His voice is so strong, so firm, so commanding. I grab two links of the fence, and place my foot in Cole's hands. I wobble a little, but gain my balance when Alex grabs my left wrist. I hook my feet into two more chains and Cole quickly stands up and puts his hands on my waist, supporting me. I slowly and unsurely climb up the fence a few more links at a time, with support from both sides of the fence. I get to the top and sit there, with one leg on both sides. Alex let's go and jumps back down. I can see his arms out, when he whispers "jump" I'm trusting him, hoping that he can see me clear enough. Sitting at the top, I realize how tall this fence is. I take a risk, and jump.
Cole follows behind, a few seconds later. We run into the parking lot beyond the fence, and go into an ally-way. Alex goes inside one of the buildings after telling us he'll be right back. I'm leaning against the wall, out of breath from running. "What the hell is going on?"I ask cole.
He doesn't say anything, just walks over to me and does something that I never thought would happen.

He kissed me.
His soft, warm lips against mine. His shaky breath blowing against my neck.
I don't expect what happens next to happen either.

I don't pull away.
