Jungkook's words had stunned eveyone around him. They knew that when a wolf is challenged for a duel of leadership a terrifying fight takes place with one of the two wolves ending up dead. Jungkook too knew how dangerous his decision was but he was ready to do anything to keep his friends and especially his Taehyung safe.
"Jungkook no. You can't do that. Please no." He heard Taehyung's panicked voice from beside him. He just took a deep breath and turned towards his lover who was panting and crying "Tae! You trust me. You do right?" He asked and received a nod as the answer. "Then go with Jimin to the infirmary and wear a cannula. Ok! I will try and finish this bastard till then." "But....but I ca...." "No Tae. You have to go. You can't breathe for long like this but you can surely come back once you've worn it. Hmm." Taehyung aggressively nodded his head and wiped his tears with his sleeves. He turned around to find Jimin already waiting for him. Without wasting another minute he went towards the infirmary with the determination of coming back as quickly as possible to support his lover.
After Taehyung was gone Jungkook turned towards Hyunsik and saw him smirking. "You surely love him a lot but sadly till he comes back I would have already torn you to pieces. BECAUSE YOU CHALLENGED THE WRONG PERSON. Aaaaaaaa!" Hyunsik screamed and turned into a wolf. "Get back everyone. I will take care of him." Jungkook said and then transformed into his wolf form too.
Now two giant wolves stood in front of one another. They looked feral with the only intention to kill the wolf in front of them. Without wasting another second Hyunsik jumped on Jungkook trying to attack his neck but Jungkook quickly defended himself from the attack.
The two wolves fought ferociously. None of them willing to get back. There was blood all around them signalling that both had been injured. Everyone looking at the fight was a just a bundle of nerves. They were praying for Jungkook to win.
Suddenly, Hyunsik attacked Jungkook succeeding to injure him near his heart. Jungkook fell down due to the excruciating pain.
"Jungkook" He suddenly heard a beautiful voice and looked at that direction to see Taehyung crying and shaking his head while Jimin held him back from coming towards him. On seeing the omega something in him changed and he felt a sudden surge of energy flowing through his body. Before Hyunsik could pounce on him he quickly got up and started attacking him without giving him a chance to attack back.
Jungkook had injured Hyunsik so much that now he could not move at all. The ravenette hovered over him and talked through the mind link. "It was fun destroying you. Let's not meet again." and with that he tore off Hyunsik's neck killing him in an instant.
Finally, everything was over. He separated himself from the body and then transformed back to his original self. He laid down smiling and the last thing he saw was a frantic Taehyung running towards him before everything went black.

Pain. Pain was all Jungkook felt when he tried to move. He opened his eyes to see himself in the medical bay. He then looked towards his right to see Taehyung looking at him with teary eyes. "Hi!" Jungkook said and waved his hand awkwardly. As if waiting for a signal Taehyung immediately hugged him crying. He was muttering things like 'You don't love me.' , 'Selfish alpha' and what not indicating how angry he was. Jungkook just laughed and hugged him even more tightly saying "Look I'm right here. Nothing happened to me. See! I'll not do it again. Ok. Now stop crying Tae. Please. For me." Taehyung calmed down after sometime. He looked at Jungkook and said "I thought I lost you. Thank you for being alive. I love you. I love you so much." Jungkook smiled at that and said "I love you too. I love you the most in the world." They both just looked at each other finding the peace and love that they had been longing for.
Soon, everyone came in including Mr. Lee scolding Jungkook for his reckless behavior. But at the same time they all were so proud of the younger who had taken down the mafia leader.
"See I told you. I knew you could do it kook. Your father will be so proud of you today." Mr. Lee said in a wavering voice. Jungkook looked at him with glassy eyes and nodded.
That evening went by with everything celebrating the win. They were proud agents who had succeeded in overthrowing evil. They all were ready for a new future. A future where there would be less evil and more good. A future where they would be free from their painful pasts and a future where they would try to build new memories of love and happiness.
