Itachi was back. He didn't mention anything about the ring or the marriage, he acted normal like he does everyday. He only talked more about the song, sweet melodies, he seemed too passionate about it, but you...

That night you couldn't sleep, thinking about this situation. That ring changed everything, you don't have as much time left as you thought, you need to get out of here as soon as possible, you don't have time to find a new plan or keep on your old one, it has no value now. There is gonna be no plan now, you should do this the way you can without wasting much time...
Even with all his previous reassurances that he won't force you into something you don't want, now you know it won't be of force, he will lure you into it, he will manipulate you to accept, and once you marry him, there will be no escape, even if you succeed in leaving this place, you'll be tied up to him forever...

That day you were alone at home, Itachi said he will be back at midday to have lunch together, and that, would be your chance to escape.
You went to his office room, you took some money that you will need in case you managed to make it out if this prison.

You never thought you'd do such thing, even when you wanted to escape so badly, you never thought it would he this way...

You were holding the knife, standing right at the door and waiting. The moment he opens it and before he can even enter, you'll stab him and escape...

Your anxiety was at its highest levels as you heard the beeping sound of the smart lock getting unlocked.
The door has been unlocked and he opened it, but before he can even take a step inside, he was surprised by a sudden stab in his right shoulder.

He was shocked, he thought he might be dreaming, he can't believe it...it is you....[name]...impossible...

Before he can understand and contemplate what's going on, or before he can even feel the sharp pain spreading in his body, you pushed him backwards making him fall down as you then run away...

The wound wasn't very dangerous and deep, you meant not to hit a vital spot, but the bleeding was serious.
Despite his pain, Itachi pulled the knife out, he was trying to press the deep wound and stop the bleeding until help comes after his smart watch sent emergency calls and texts.
He managed to get up and close the door of his house, then tried with all his remaining power to get close to the foot of the ocean and throw that knife there.

He then tried to walk back toward his house, but couldn't make it though. His hand and shirt are strained in red, he collapsed on the ground as more blood came out. His half opened eyes looked at the sky for one last time, he recalled what happened, when he kidnapped you until now, your frightened face as you stabbed him...then.. running away as he couldn't do anything...

The sun was strong up in the sky, but then everything started to darken, as he lost his consciousness...

You kept running in the direction you usually see his car comes from, in fact, it was easier for you to find your way out of his territory just by following the traces left by the tires of the car on the ground, but the path was so long.

You were nearing the outer gate, you quickly hid behind a tree hearing the sound of an ambulance coming. You placed your hands on your mouth to keep silent and muffle your sobs, your tears kept falling down your cheeks, you can't believe what you did...a crime...but...you were forced too!!!
You better get out of here soon, even though you were actually the victim of Itachi since he kidnapped you and captured you, you don't want this to be revealed now, at least not before you're back home.

You exited the gate, careful not to be watched by anyone, it took you long, his property was surely wide...
You were finally outside, you walked all the way until you found a bus station.

Itachi finally opened his eyes regaining his consciousness, finding himself in the hospital.
"Hey, you're finally up", Itachi looked to his side seeing Shisui sitting next to him.
"What happened Itachi?!", he asked worriedly, but Itachi just reminded silent, that scene kept repeating itself in his head...
"Nothing...", Itachi muttered in a low voice, of course, not thinking Shisui would believe him but just letting him know that he doesn't want to talk about it.
"The police are waiting for you to wake up to ask you some questions, if you can if course ", the Uchiha cousin said, looking worriedly at Itachi.
"Let them in", Itachi said, groaning in pain as he tried correct his position in the bed.

The police officers walked in, ready to start their investigations.
"We are sorry for what happened and we hope you will be fine soon Mr.uchiha. we need your answers for some questions, and your permission for some-", their chief started talking, before Itachi cut him off.
"It was an accident", Itachi replied, in a stern voice not expecting them to believe him.
"Sir, you can't just-"
"Close the case. I don't want any investigations about this", Itachi said, making the police officers even more surprised.
"Sir-"
"You got all the answers you need, you may leave now", it was obvious Itachi was hiding something, something he doesn't want anyone to know about.

Shisui was just watching in shock, as well as the other policers, who eventually gave up, Itachi wasn't an ordinary person after all, they have to obey his orders...
"Okay sir, we need you to sign this paper to close the case", the police chief said as Itachi took the pen and quickly signed it. The officers left and Shisui was just staring at his cousin.

"Okay, now I'm even more concerned than before", Shisui said eyeing his cousin suspiciously.
"Trust me Shisui, it doesn't need all this, you will know what happened later", Itachi said, laying backwards in his bed in a comfortable position.
"Well...at least I wish you know what you're doing, what's safe for you", Shisui said with a deep sigh.
"Don't worry, it was just...my mistake", Itachi muttered, watching the sunset through the window.
