chapter 13

Third person pov

"Take cover!!!" Edward shouts as rubber bullets are being shot at them.

"Why am I so smart" Eric says wiping sweat from his forehead.

"I don't even have a chance to light my fucking joint. I swear I'm gonna smash your robots to pieces" Blake says getting frustrated.

"Help me! I think I got shot!" Brody shouts.

The others quicky rush over to him and pull him into cover.

"What the hell man" Edward says panting heavily.

"Don't look at me. It's Eric's stupid tin cans that are so mean. All I wanted to do was nicely approach one and ask if we could pass by and the thing shot me in the ass instead" Brody says as tears form in his eyes.

"We can't keep hiding forever guys" Eric says as he gets a arrow ready to fire.

"Yeah well we can't take on those things also" Blake says pointing towards the bots scanning for them.

"Well then what are we going to do?" Edwards says.

"Hey guys" Brody says but no one listens. "Yo guys!" He shouts but yet no one listens again. "MOTHERFUCKERS!!!" Brody shouts finally getting the attention of his teammates.

"What!" They all shout in response.

"I've got an idea" Brody says with a cheeky smile.

Edward, Blake and Eric quicky look at each other before turning their attention back to Brody.

"Okay so what's your plan this time genius" Blake says.

"Okay so I've been thinking, Edwards basically the muscle of the team so why not have him create a small hole in the ground to trap all the bots and then we have our friendly neighborhood stoner over here teleport the rest into the whole and when it's all done well have Eric shoot a bunch of arrows into the air at once traping them and keeping them in place while I finish them off with my three sword style technique" Brody says dodging a incoming scanner.

"That actually sounds pretty good" Eric says.

"Alright let's do it" Edward says getting his hammer ready to smash.

"Okay but if this goes south we'll need a plan B" Blake says putting a joint into his mouth.

"Don't worry bro, I'll think of something" Brody say lighting Blake's joint as they all get ready to battle.

Just as Blake blows out smoke from his mouth Edward jumps into action and creates a giant creator in the ground. Blake immediately starts teleporting the battle bots into the creator as Eric gets ready to fire.

"Wait why does this all seem to easy" Eric says just as his about to fire.

"Just do it bro" Brody says getting ready to strike as well.

As soon as Eric releases his arrows Brody pulls out his swords, placing one in his mouth and the others in his hands. Brody quickly jumps up and start twirling in a circle creating a mini twister.

Just as Eric's arrows his the ground and pin the bots in place Brody lunges forward at them.

"Three sword style dragon twister" he says delivering the final blow creating a massive dust cloud in the process.

It takes about a few minutes for the dust to clear before Brody comes running out like a scaredy cat.

"Eric you stupid genius" Brody says running towards the group.

"I said this felt to easy" Eric says as Brody runs up to him.

"What are we going to do now?" Brody asks as the battle bots emerge from the dust as one big battle bot.

"Now we just do what we usually do" Edward says.

"Which is?" Eric's asks getting his bow and arrows ready.

"Smash things" Blake says blowing out smoke.

After Blake blew out the smoke from his lungs Edward sprints forward with his hammer ready to strike. As he nears the robot he lifts up his hammer and slams it hard against the ground. Blake soon joins him by teleporting everywhere around the giant robot and slashing it with his blades.

"Well we can't just sit here and watch them have all the fun" Brody says walking up next to Eric.

"You're right. Let's do this" Eric says as he starts firing arrows at the robot.

"Hehe" Brody says smiling before running off to join Blake and Edward.

"Hey Edward you think you can make me a dent in the robot good enough for one of arrows to pass through?" Eric says as he pulls back harder on his bow.

"Yeah sure" Edward says getting ready to smash the robot.

"I'll help" Blake says teleporting Edward to the centre of the robot where he delivers a massive blow sending it a few steps backwards.

"Perfect" Eric says firing his arrowing straight at the centre of the robot.

"Hey thanks for that Blake" Edward says as Blake teleports him back to the ground.

"Yo Eddie you thin you can throw me far and fast enough so towards biggie over there" Brody says as Eric's arrows his a perfect bullseye in the robot.

"Sure" Edwards says puting his hammer down.

"Cool" Brody says as he starts removing the top half of his clothes revealing his well built body.

"You ready?" Edwards says he lowers his giant right arm for Brody to get on.

"As ready as I'll ever be" Brody says getting on him arm and then his hand.

"Alright here we go" Edward says as he takes a few steps back and readies himself.

Brody quicky puts one sword into his mouth and keeps the other two in each hand.

"Make us proud buddy" Edwards says before sprinting forward and shooting Brody into the air.

"I will" Brody says soft enough for him to hear.

Just as Edward was about to shoot him Brody's pupils changed shape and started glowing again.

As he was flying through the air he brought his arms forward and started twirling them fast infront of himself.

"Haaaa! Three sword style lions fury" he said as he connected with the centre of the robots body.

In a flash Brody cut through the robot unleashing a roar with it.

As soon as his normal vision returned to him he found himself falling fast and started screaming for help. Immediately a black portal appeared Infront on him and then next place he found himself was kissing the floor.

"Did we do it?" Brody asks looking up at his teammates.

"Ofcourse we did it" blake says as the rest of the group smiles brightly behind him.
