I was running as fast as I could, and I didn't know why. I didn't know why the bookstore owner was chasing me. I never did anything wrong, so why?
Okay, let's run this back to the start.
Hello, my name is Katy. yes I know, you must be thinking, why the fuck does she have such a plain name? Well, apparently my mom decided to name me after the singer Katy Perry, she was a big fan, as she said a million times. Anyway let's get into the details? My full name is Katy Tates, if you don't already know if you write my initials it'll spell out K.T. like how you say Katy, pretty neat right? I was born in Alaska and moved to Paris.

I was walking home from school until I got a text from my best friend, Torie. Our parents are great friends and they introduced my and Torie to eachother when we were about 7 and we're surprisingly still friends, not that I doubted anything, haha.

I was sipping my 3rd coffee of the day even though it was the afternoon, coffee is just so... addicting. I was wearing a blue longsleeved butterfly shirt that Torie got me for my 17th birthday, a black skirt, and converse with leg warmers. I had my brown hair braided pigtails, omg I look so cute. Get over it Katy Perry.
