Chapter 5: "What's wrong with you?"
I was walking on the dirt path in the forest silently humming a random song I heard when someone was blasting music with their windows down in their car, it went "tight as a virgin don't get nervous-" but ANYWAY, I had some extra gum in my bag so I was also chewing it. It was watermelon flavor, my favorite.
"Last Christmas I gave you my heart, but the very next day!!~" I loudly sing Last Christmas by Wham! It was my favorite Christmas song.
I was enjoying my beautiful singing until someone had spoken from above me? "What's wrong with you?" The voice sounded female, kind of scary. I look up, this time I was not surprised, I had encountered many things I thought were not real. The voice was maybe a girl? I couldn't really tell but they seemed like a girl. A women maybe in her 30s, long black hair, hollow brown eyes, an incredibly green suit with a black belt, blazer unbuttoned, a white collared shirt underneath, she was also short, why is everyone I meet short??
"uhhh... nothing, I think" I say slowly say to the short woman, making eye contact. This time the woman's voice was different, it was deeper? "I doubt that, you were screaming like a lunatic, keeping it down would be nice, people live around here." Now that I think about it I think I heard their voice wrong, it sounded male now. "OH! Sorry!! I'll keep it down from now on" I apologize to them, "alright good, I am Billy but you can call me five, nice to meet you" They bring their hand out to shake my hand, I shook it, "I'm Katy."
Alright, turns out he's actually a guy, whoops. He that he is a leprechaun, that's pretty crazy.
"So do you like, like gold?" I ask Five, he side eyes me not answering, "I make shoes" He says after a few seconds. It seemed like he was uncomfortable so I didn't say anything after.
I told Five that I was heading to the fairies castle and he knew the way to the entrance of the village, he said he had been there to sell shoes. He invited me to stay at his home for the rest of the day but it was the afternoon and I knew I couldn't wait any longer, I needed to get back home. I missed my family, even though I had met a few very nice people since the accident. I politely said no to his offer and he understood. Five gave me some extra food and money just in case, another nice person, I hope the fairies are nice too.
"Bye! I hope to see you again" I say to Five as I walk away, even though I've only known you for a little bit I can tell we'd be great friends. "Goodbye!" He waves back.
Timeskip: 23 minutes later

"Haa... I'm finally here!" I breath out. While I was walking through the forest I saw a bit of the entrance to the fairies village and decided to run all the way instead of walking, it's good to get some exercise in. The entrance was very large, two large stone doors, flowers, vines, carved faires in the stone of the doors, it was beautiful. The doors were open and I guessed it was because it was still daytime or maybe they just kept it open but I made my way through the door and there was a medium sized mountain which was not what I was hoping for. I sigh, I guess I have to climb over...
I drank all my water, the climb was tiring. "jeez, I don't think I've sweated this much in years" I say to myself, it was very hot and I was sweating like crazy. Hallia had actually gave me a new pair of clothes, my previous pair were torn and dirty from the fall. I had a green shirt with a green jacket over and I also had a black corset on, I had a long brown skirt with black platforms and white socks.

I look up and my eyes widened and my jaw dropped. I could see the entire fairies town and castle from where I was, it was amazing! There were many trees, small houses, rivers, and bridges, it was almost as if the place was built for me.

I was astonished by the view until I heard a voice from behind me, "what are you doing??" I quickly turn around and that's when I saw-
