02 sh*t show at the f**k factory

Everyone was freaking the fuck out about Logan. Flown to the nearest hospital now the poor staff was being bombarded with the most arrogant line of questioning from the Roy children.

"Is this the best part of the hospital?" "Excuse me doctor but did you graduate from an Ivy?" "I think he should be air lifted to a better hospital."

"He stays here. This is the best place for him." Marcia said, shutting down the entitled ramblings of Rome, Ken, and Shiv.

Rose was completely checked out of the whole situation. Roaming through the halls of the hospital anxiously and occasionally stopping to slide down the wall to sit staring into space, or her Prada heels, that felt completely out of place at this hospital. During one of Rose's staring contests with the floor, her new manicure, or shoes, she is found by Shiv.

"So they think it was a stroke or like a brain hemorrhage or an aneurism or something i don't know," Shiv explains to Rose as she sits down next to her. "He's hooked up to all this shit Rosie, its really fucking scary."

The girls share a sweet moment of comfort sitting together before they are approached by Kendall and Roman, obviously amidst an argument.

Kendall: Guys we seriously need to pick a temporary CEO to tell the media before the stock markets open.

Roman: Yes because the apparent "the socioeconomic health of multiple continents" depends on this. Fuck off Ken, we can all see through this obvious angle to get in charge.

Shiv: Sorry Ken, I agree with Rome. I mean what would dad want right now? He would say "You lack killer instinct. You're wet. You're green. You're intellectually insecure. You're not emotionally strong enough. You have addiction issues."

Rose (who was completely disengaged from the argument and staring at a spot on the floor) was happy to hear Greg awkwardly cut into the conversation.

Greg walking up to the group struggling to hold a bunch of little coffee cups interjects- "Hey coffee anyone?! ....oh really sorry about your dad... but uh they have free coffee so I uh thought you guys could use some. I mean its the least I could do considering your dad being so nice and all and offering me a job right? Anyways if you guys need like anything I'm your guy."

He gets shot annoyed looks by everyone but rose, who was looking for any opportunity to leave this conversation.

"Actually greg, I could really use your help," Roman says sarcastically. "Can you go to the house and get some slippers for dad I know it would really mean a lot to him and would probably fucking cure him?"

"Oh sure definitely!" Greg responds enthusiastically, half realizing roman is fucking with him but wanting to be helpful.

"I'll come too." Rose says, getting up off the ground. She knew this was an obvious ploy to send greg away but she wanted to be sent away as well.

As they are walking away Rome shouts at them "Oh and bring his will because I will be personally writing these fucks out of it!"

Back at the house Greg starts thoroughly looking for the slippers as Rose excuses herself to the roof to smoke. Greg, unable to find the slippers finds Rose outside to ask for her help.

Greg: Hey um do you maybe know where his slippers would be because I cant find them anywhere?

*Rose blows out smoke and laughs*

Rose: I honestly don't think he even has fucking slippers, they just wanted you to leave.

*Greg now stating next to her motions to ask for a hit of the cigarette*

Greg: oh so then why did you come with me? *he inhales and immediately starts coughing*

*Rose laughs before answering*

Rose: I just had to get the fuck out of there. I was really getting depressing. And I guess I made the right choice cause watching you try to smoke is fucking hilarious and really cheering me up.

Greg: Well I am glad to be of assistance m'lady

They both laugh as they finish off the cigarette staring at the night skyline.

Rose and Greg arrive back at the hospital, of corse after stopping somewhere to buy "Logan's beloved slippers," to be greeted by a decision and Connor's girlfriend.

"Willa! How've you been?" Rose asks as she gives Willa a genuine hug and welcome.

- unlike the other Roy siblings, Rose has no aversion to Willa. Rose has always been very close with Connor, he's always been a father figure to her considering Logan's often absence during her childhood. (An experience all the siblings share) so since Willa and Connor have been together Rose has made an effort to become friends with her.

Without any time to respond, Willa is immediately interrupted by Kendall.

Kendall relays the decision to Rose, "So while dad is ill I'm going to be running the company with Rome as the COO."

"I hereby concur," Connor chimes in.

"Well as to I. Congrats Kenny, I know you'll do great." Rose agrees and embraces Kendall.

Rose finally goes into Logan's room and sits with Marcia. She leans on her moms shoulder as they look at Logan.

"I can take over for you Mama if you want to sleep or go get some coffee?" Rose offers.

"Thank you Rosie, je t'aime." Marcia says as she gets up, letting Rose take her place.

Rose holds Logan's hand trying not to tear up.

Rose whispers to him, "Ah papa. Vous ne pouvez pas encore nous quitter." She kisses him on the cheek and notices his eyes starting to open.
