~ 2 weeks later ~

Charli had gotten upset at Jaxx a while back, and still hasn't talked to him since. She thought that he was trying to separate her from Light. She tried to deny the fact that he didn't like her and keep on going, until this present day.

This time, Charli's morning started differently. Instead of going to Light's room like she still did when he denied her, she went straight downstairs and greeted her other fellow squad members, even some she hardly got to talk to.

"Hi, Sora! Haven't gotten to talk to you alone for a while."

"Oh, hello Charli! I made breakfast..."

"Ok, thank you!"

Charli grabs her food and sits at the kitchen island. Things got a bit awkward at first as there was only silence and nobody talked, until she decided to spark something random up.

"So...how's your day been?"

"Eh, like every other day. Nothing special has happened this week...what about you?"

"Oh, me? I decided to change my schedules and stuff. I no longer visit Light's room! I decided that it was unnecessary and dumb because he doesn't even care about me. I want to talk to interesting members I hardly get to talk to...well, that's really only you."

"Mhm...I'm glad you even want to talk to me."

"Haha, you do know that everything they say is a joke, right? Like, when the members called me a simp, or a squirrel?"

"Yeah, but it feels so real...I feel as if I'm actually getting bullied."

"..."

"..."

"Hmm..."

"Oh wait—"

"Hm?"

"I forgot to tell you that I'm not alone down here, I'm with Jaxx. Wanna say hi?"

"Ahh— I guess."

"Ok, I'll call him. *ahem...* BABE!!!"

Charli wasn't really happy that Jaxx was around, because she never got to talk to Sora that way before, and she felt as if he ruined the moment. But at the same time, she thought to herself that it was partially, or 100% her fault because she "wanted" to see him.

"Hi, Charli!"

"Hi...um, I'm sorry about...2 weeks ago."

"I forgave you a LONG time ago...you're fine!"

"B-But I...I was so rude."

"I'm used to things worse than words. Trust me."

*Used to things worse than...words?...What do you mean?...*

"Hmm, ok! Well, I'm happy we were able to come clean of this, which if I were a bigger person, would have happened WAY longer ago. I was too upset to talk to you, and I thought that if I didn't give up on Light then I would eventually win his heart. But I didn't, so I left him."

"You finally left him?..."

"Yeah, what's the point of loving someone if they deny your love?"

*But the question is...does she ACTUALLY mean all of this? Is she really talking all that back? Even when she knows that pain is irreversible?...*
