ENIMIES TO LOVERS

Chapter 5

~ What the hell are these people talking about, and what are they gonna do? Are they after me? Do they know I'm in here? No, it has to be something else.~

I hide.

I see Kaden walking in with another guy.

~ Are they holding hands!? Holy shit. I need to leave right now.~

I watch quietly in the corner of the room, hoping not to get noticed.

Kaden brings the guy closer to him and.. kisses him.

~What the fuck am I watching right now?~

I need to leave right now. How do I leave?

~Crawl. I'm just going to crawl away.~

I crawl slowly towards the door obviously they aren't paying attention to me.

But the door is closed and if I open it they will know. I crawl behind the trash can by the door so when someone opens the door I can walk in behind them.

I wait.

~I feel like I've been waiting forever. ugh my leg is killing me. Come up for air you weirdos.~

I move my leg and it hits the trash can. It falls.

~I hate it here.~

Kaden looks at me.

I wave. He walks over to me and grabs my shirt.

"I didn't see anything I promise!" I yell.

The shock on the other guys face is kind of funny but i had bigger things to deal with right now. The guy Kaden was just making out with runs out in horror.

~I can use this.~

"You saw nothing! If you tell anyone I will kill you!"

"Ok ok, but, but-"

"But what?!"

"I want to be point guard from now on."

"Fuck no, that would ruin me."

"Well then I guess everyone will no that you like guys."

"No you can't!"

"Don't yell."

"I can do what I want."

"Not anymore you can't."

He rolls his eyes.

"You can be point guard half the time."

"Fine but then you have to be nicer to me from now on, and you can start by walking to and from school with me."

"Ew."

"Don't say ew I'm not repulsive!"

"Hmm... yeah you kinda are."

"Well everyone at school would think you are if they knew who you really were."

"Ugh fine ok we will take turns and I'll walk with you. K?"

"Perfect."

I give him my most innocent smile.

The bell rings so I sit down and shoo him away.

~I can't believe I'm black mailing someone like this. Also hes gay, homophobic to gay.~

The rest of detention I just sit and think about what had happened.

~I wasn't actually going to tell anyone but this works too and he has to act nice to me.~

The bell rings indicating that detention is over. I look at Kaden as he looks at me, I get up and leave.

Kaden gets up and walks behind me. When we walk out the school he catches up to me since he has to now.

He looks like he wants something. I look at him."What."

"So your not gonna tell anyone right?"

"I dunno, depends."

"Oh come on don't be so mean."

"Me? Yes because I am so mean."

"You know what, just don't tell anyone!"

"Hey I said you had to ne nice to me so don't yell."

"Ugh fine sorry your majesty"

"Yeah whatever go home. Oh by the way I'm ready by 7:45 so be ready."

I dont let him say anything else as I walk away and into my house.

~Who knew detention was going to be that interesting.~

I go upstairs and put my backpack down, then play video games.

My mom gets home and makes dinner so I go down.

"How was school today?" my mom asks.

"It was fine."

"And detention?"

"Boring." I lie

"You day was just fine and boring?"

"Yup just school and detention."

"Ok so now you understand that detention is not fun, and don't want to get it ever again."

"Yeah, I get it I won't get it again."

I finish my dinner and put the dishes in the dish washer then go upstairs.

I lay down in bed put on a movie and cuddle with my cat until I fall asleep.

a/n: I hope you liked this chapter, I was having a lot of thoughts throughout all of it. also a lot more talking because the past chapters there hasn't been much.
