The End is the Beginning

Turn of Events

I was with Owen riding through the jungle with the raptors set loose to find the Indominous Rex. Not gonna lie, I was worried for them and us. It was late at night and hard to see if you didn't have a flashlight or something. There were also a lot of rocks and leaves so the ride was kind of bumpy. Eventually the raptors slowed to a stop and so did we. They were looking at something that was ahead of us but I couldn't tell what. It was and still is too dark to see anything.

I got off the bike and looked ahead. Only to see the Indominous Rex standing right in front of the raptors. They seemed to be communicating with one another. I have a bad feeling about this. As soon as they were done the raptors turned to look at us. "Owen, they've found a new alpha." He let the words sink in. "Oh shit." We heard someone yell for everyone to start shooting. It turned into a complete war zone. They shot the makeshift dinosaur with bullets and mini rocket launchers. Nothing was working as the dino escaped again.

We were left to deal with the raptors. Everyone was running around trying to not get eaten or were trying to escape this massacre. Key word trying. I ran with Owen to get back only to have Delta in front of us. She looked ready to pounce but wasn't in correct stance for it. But as soon as she took a step forward she was blown up. It was a sad sight to see but we had to keep moving on. Owen got to his bike and I saw Barry in a log and Blue on top. Owen revved the bike and got her attention.

I knew what he had planned and went along with it. I found another bike and got on that one so Owen could get going. Owen whistled and got Blue to follow after him. I followed the both of them from behind. It was a long ride before Blue lost interest in the chase which worried me. I just realized how quiet things are. I sped up so that I was next to Owen. "Do you think they're planning something?" Owen looked at me then back at the path. "Most likely but right now let's focus on trying to find them."

I knew who he was talking about and nodded and. We eventually saw the clearing. The truck they were in is gone so they must have taken off. We have to move faster than this. We kept going and saw the raptors on the ground but took off somewhere else. "Owen! Chester!" I heard our names called and saw them in the back. I wave at them as Owen told Claire where to go. I just stayed behind the truck as Owen lead them back to the center of the park. It looked so abandoned even though it just closed.

We ran inside the building and Claire knowing the place guided us through it. I ran behind everyone as Owen ran in front. We saw the lab which looked entirely different since the last I was in it. It was empty. "They evacuated the lab." I heard some shuffling and saw some people along with Hoskins grabbing the rest of the lab equipment. "Guys we have company." I pointed over to the group before they noticed us. Clare got mad at the sight that we had seen. They were taking all the equipment in the lab all of it.

"What do you think you're doing?" I had to get answers even if no one wants them. "This is just history repeating itself. Don't you see it. C'mon Chester don't you agree with me." I glared at him. Before I could give him a direct answer to go piss himself Delta jumped in. Everyone jumped back and away from her. Hoskins tried to 'tame' her but that didn't work out so well. He ended up being eaten but it was a fair ending for him. "Let's go before we become her next meal." We all ran out of there quickly.

Delta jumped out in front of us blocking our path. We turned around and ran in the other direction only for Echo to jump out of another glass door making us run back to the entrance. Grey made a quick stop to make a hologram of a Dilophosaurus appear. That made her stop chasing us for the time being. We got outside and as soon as we stepped outside Echo jumped out of some bushes and Blue came running up to us. She stopped right in front of us just a few feet away. Owen walked up to her cautiously.

He kept telling soft things as she stood there. She snapped at him a few times until he took off the camera from her head. She seemed to calm down a bit after that. It was just a nice moment to cherish after all hell broke loose on this park. It was sweet and all but we had to find a way off this island as soon as possible. I was about to say something but was interrupted yet again. "What was that guy talking about Chester?" I turned to Grey who seemed curious about what Hoskins was talking about.

All it was really is a stupid thing I pointed out a while back when the park was just being made. "It's nothing important right now. I'll tell you when we get off this island. Okay?" Grey pouted a bit but nodded. "Since when did you get so mature?" I was about to hit Owen but there was a loud roar ruining the moment of peace we had. We all looked to where the source was and saw the all mighty beast herself. The Indominous Rex. She was looking at us then the raptors. She conversed with them completely ignoring us.

They went back and forth in a small banter typedef deal. When Blue looked back at us and turned back to the mutant dinosaur it seems as though she said something that pissed her off.

I am so sorry for those of you reading this. I forgot to update this book and I got caught up in school and other stories. I hope you can forgive me. Other than that I hope you enjoyed this chapter and I'll see you in the next one. Bye~
