I sit up in bed stretching my arms wide open as I let out a big yawn.

Looking over to the left side of the bed I see the emptiness and the messed up sheet. I struggle to get out of the bed and push myself over to the window but I do.

I open the curtains and take a deep breath and soak in the sun. I take another deep breath as I look down at my stomach, "another day little guy," I say "another day in there."

It was then I realized the smell of breakfast being cooked so I walked into the kitchen of the apartment and there stood my loving (at the time) boyfriend wearing my kiss the cook apron.

"You made breakfast I see, this is strange." I say sitting down as a plate of bacon, gravy, and toast is places in front of me.

I wait for the usual head kiss, but I didn't receive it. "Are you okay?" I say getting up to pour my drink.

"No, I'm gonna be honest I'm not. But there's something we need to talk about." He says finally sitting down.

I take a sip of my OJ a million things running through my mind. "About what?"

"I found something in the silverware drawer this morning...I was gonna surprise you with a date but wanted to make you breakfast as well..."

"Can you get to the point please?" I rush.

"I know you are carrying a child in your stomach, I saw the positive test." He says as he opens said drawer and pulling out the stick, placing it in the table. "How long?"

"How long what?"

"How long have you been cheating?"

"I'm not cheat-"

"Don't LIE to me, you and I both know I'm not ready to be a dad!" He yells at me.

"Doesn't mean we can do it unprotected!!" I yell back.

"I think I would've known if we did or not." He sighs. "But I also think you need to get out."

"Get out? Get OUT? This is MY apartment the only one who needs to get OUT is YOU!" I say slamming down my hand on the table.

"You know what? You're right. I'm out. Done. WE'RE done." He says pushing away from the table and leaving, slamming the door behind him.

Does he really think I cheated?
