Maya

Only fifteen more minutes until my shift at CiRCLE was done for the night. Today was a slow day so Marina didn't keep me busy all day like usual. It was nice to relax for once. Maybe, just maybe Marina won't give me a last minute job and I'll get to leave on time for once.

"Hey, (Y/N)!, do you think you could clean the practice rooms before you leave?" Marina popped out of nowhere and said to me with a smile.

"Sure thing." I responded trying to hide my frustration. I went to grab the cleaning supplies and crossed Roselia as they were heading out. We said quick goodbyes since I wanted to get the cleaning done quickly. It must've just been my imagination, but as I was saying goodbye, I saw someone watching from around a corner. They must've saw that I noticed and quickly hid. Whatever, I shrugged it off and went to clean.

"Hey, (Y/N), do you need any help?" I heard a voice say from the door. I looked over and saw my friend Maya standing there. Maya and I had become close friends ever since I started working here. At first when I got this job, I was worried that the girls would find a guy working here creepy. Luckily for me, they seemed to take a liking to me. Maya took the greatest liking to me and usually helped me out after her band rehearsals.

"Are you sure, Maya? It's already late. You should probably get home soon."

"Huhehe don't worry. I'm used to heading home late. Now let me help you out,"  she grabbed the mop and started cleaning the floor.

with her help, we managed to clean all of the practice rooms so quickly I was able to leave on time.

"Thanks Maya. You're a real lifesaver," I said to her on our way out of CiRCLE, "how can I repay you?"

"Hmm...maybe you could walk me home."

"That's all?"

"Oh yeah, one more thing," she boldly grabbed my hand and smiled at me. It took me off guard and she could clearly see it in my face, "what's wrong (Y/N), never held a girls before?"

"I don't ever remember you being this bold. I still remember how awkward you were when you first tried talking to me."

"It's because I'm an idol! Don't you remember what Aya said an idol is? An idol isn't a cutesy girl who performs. An idol embodies ones passions and dreams! Her words inspired me. I don't want to be the introvert who lacks confidence in herself for the rest of her life. I...I want to chase my dreams and live my life the way I want to. S-so (Y/N) I wanted to say that...that I love you! Please go out with me!" She let go of my hand and bowed as she asked me out. I could tell that it took her a lot of strength to say those words. Despite her words about wanting to overcome her little confidence, she didn't sound confident saying it. I hugged Maya tightly.

"Of course I will go out with you Maya. I lacked confidence myself to ask you out."

"I know that this is selfish of me to ask for but...I want you to quit your job at CiRCLE."

"Huh? Why?"

"I can't stand you getting close with all of those other girls. I know that they'll try to steal you from me," her voice started to rise and get more angry, "I don't want you looking at all of those girls who are more beautiful than me! And Marina...don't even get me started on Marina. She overworks you so much! She treats you terribly! The truth is...she doesn't care for you at all! She's just using you!" I could feel Maya shaking more and more as she went on.

"It's okay Maya, calm down. You must be tired. C'mon, let's get you home."

"Y-you're right. It must be all the stress built up inside me. I'm really sorry." We walked the rest of the way to her house holding hands in almost complete silence. I felt very conflicting emotions during the walk. On one hand I was very happy that Maya and I were officially a couple. On the other hand, I was worried about her outburst. Was that what Maya really thought or was that the stress talking?

"We're here," she sighed

"Well, I guess I should head home."

"Wait! Why don't you come inside for a minute. My parents aren't home so we won't have to worry about waking them up."

"I suppose it won't hurt to stay for a little bit. It is a weekend after all," I walked into her house and heard Maya close the door behind me.

"I'm sorry about what I said earlier (Y/N)."

"It's okay. Let's just forget that happened. I know that getting into a relationship can be stressful. I love you Maya, I really do. To be honest, I think it's cute when you get possessive."

"R-really? Huhehe that makes me happy...the moment I saw you, I just knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you. S-so I made some preparations."

"What kind of preparations?"

"Turn around and you'll see."

"Huh? I don't see anyth-" I felt something hit the back of my head and my consciousness faded away. When I woke up I was in a dark room. The first thing I noticed was Maya trying to tie rope around my feet but failing miserably at it.

"Huh? You're awake already? I uh...I can explain all this! P-please don't be mad!"

I looked around and saw that we were in what looked like a basement room. Was she trying to kidnap me? Is Maya an obsessed girl who will do anything to keep me to herself? That's...my ideal woman! I looked at her smugly.

"The one getting trapped here is you!" I jumped at her and grappled her with a hug and pulled her back onto the bed where she tried to tie me.

"Wait! What are you doing?" I interrupted her by kissing her in the lips. She immediately lowered her guard and started kissing back.

"I'm really sorry things turned out this way...I wish I approached this normally," she sighed, "I know you're going to be mad at me but...when you were unconscious I texted Marina and said you wanted to quit. I also texted your parents saying that you were spending the weekend at a friends house so they won't be looking for you just yet. I'm really sorry."

"Maya, you need to be more confident in yourself. I want you to keep me all to yourself. Do whatever you want."

"R-really? Then you won't mind me trapping you here and taking care of you? And m-maybe later on...becoming my husband?"

"It's fine. Make me yours." After I said that, Maya ambushed me with kisses. Nothing could stop us from making love all night.

"and that kids is how your mother and I got together."

"...Dad, I think you and mom have some issues. That sounds highly illegal."
