Bella lay in bed next to Derek as they listened to izzie and George as they argued
"is it always like this" he asked as she rolled over so that she was on top of him. Bella looked to him and smirked
"pretty much" Bella said as Derek smirked
"you know that you could stay with me" he said as she rolled her eyes
"I hate that trailer Derek"
"I know but I hate sneaking in here to be with you no, think about it please" Derek said as Bella looked to him and nodded
"I will" she said as he pulled her close and kissed her.
Bella moaned as he rolled over so that he was on top of her. She ran her hands through his hair and moaned as he pulled her close and kissed her. Bella ran her hands across his chest as he flipped her so that she was on her back.
Derek looked to her and smirked as he got between her legs. He pulled her close and pushed into her causing her to moan in pleasure.
He started to move in and out of her as she pulled him close. Bella knew how hard that she was trying to make her relationship work with Derek but she knew that it wasn't easy.
She knew how complicated it was with Addie but Bella knew that they weren't in New York and that this was a fresh start and how much that she wanted to try and make it work. Bella knew that she wanted to be more than his mistress

Bella sat in the locker room as she got to the hospital as she sat listened to bailey as she talked over rounds
"You are the first person they see in the morning. You say please. You say thank you. You apologize for waking them up. You make them feel good about you. Why is that important? Cause then they'll talk to you and tell you what's wrong. Why is that important? Because then you can tell you're attending what they need to know during rounds. And why is that important? Because if you make your resident look bad, she'll torture you until you beg for your mama. Now get out there. I want pre-rounds done be 5:30 am" bailey said as alex walked over to Izzie
"Morning, Dr. Model" he said as bella looked to him and chuckled at the comment. She knew that she still thought alex was a jerk after all that had happened but she knew that she still liked him more than Izzie. Bella didn't know what it was over Izzie but she annoyed her
"I'd better get good patients today. Yesterday I had two guys with colostomies who needed dressing changes every 15 minutes" Meredith said as bella looked to her and smiled
"I'm gonna be in surgery. Today's my day" cristina said
"On what?" Bella asked
"Like I'd tell you" Christina said
"What do you know" Cassie asked
"I know that I was here at 4:00 and you didn't get here till 4:30" cristina said
"Tell me" bella said
"No. I'm not the intern who's screwing an attending" cristina said as bella to looked Cassie and frowned
"you told her?"
"I didn't I swear" Cassie said as she looked to Meredith
"we can all hear you" she said as bella rolled her eyes
