The end?

(Sorry it took long to write this. My sister got pregnant and the baby turns out to be me so it was hard to write in the grocery store while picking a new pet.)

The air around them was thick. Many questions filled both of their heads. It was awkward if anything. Venti decided to put an end to it. He wasn't going to let a stupid question he made ruin their time together.

He grabbed Xiao's hands and pull them closer to his face. Gently placing a soft kiss on his fingers. And with that, the tension slowly disappeared.

They both loved doing things together. Although they did not have a lot of time to spend together, you know since Xiao was busy all the time blah blah blah. They still found ways to entertain themselves. Venti usually plays the lyre, it calms Xiao when he's having a bad day. Another thing they did was Xiao made little figures out of leaves. Xiao is actually very good with his hands and can make a lot of things. That was a little secret they shared.

This time was no different. Venti got his lyre out and played Xiao's favorite song "Sad premonition / lilium". It was a beautiful song and it sounds better when venti plays it. Is like the song comes to life. It fells like a big warm hug for him.

Venti as always fell asleep first. Although tonight, Xiao didn't sleep.

" good morning kitten, you're awake pretty early, did you have a bad sleep? "- Venti

"Good morning love. Uhh... I couldn't fall asleep last night"- Xiao

" oh... Is something wrong..? "- Venti

" no. What are you going to do now? " -Xiao

"Hmm Oh! There is this stupid archon meeting today hahaha almost forgot about it"- Venti

" oh that sounds like a pain" - Xiao

"Yes it is but hopefully it will end soon, oh and also before you go, can I ask you something?" - Venti

"Of course, what is it? "- Xiao

 "I found this really pretty place when I is was with Dvalin the other day and I want to take you there" - Venti 

"yes that would be nice, I'll wait for here as usual" - Xiao

"Alright! see you later then"  

Now that Venti left, Xiao took a deep breath. He got up and started another day. Another day of work but at least their little date is something to look forward to. It was very early, around six in the morning. The sunset was beautiful and filled with warm bright colors. The clouds fell on top of it like a blanket. The moon on the other side wasn't as shiny like it was a few hours ago. It's dull light fading away, leaving with the many secrets of the world. It had witnessed beauty and tragedies from all the places it's beautiful shine could reach. Now it's time for the sun to do the same.

There was no breakfast today. No matter how much he tried, Xiao couldn't even force an appetite. So he just skipped straight into his duties. What a boring life.

(Skipping to the afternoon because he litterly does nothing but kill the entire time. Forgot to mention this but everything that is happening right now is written from Xiao's point of view)

Is been a while since he parted ways with Venti. Now he makes his way to  Mondstadt. Guess who he met again. Xingqiu was reading a book. It can't be a coinsurance that he always meets xingqiu in his way to see Venti. It seems like he was really into that book tho. His eyes were glued to those pages and moved at an alarming speed. Maybe there is an exciting scene or something.

He noticed Xiao passing by and decided to wave hello.
