Xenia's POV

I woke with a start. I feel groggy and not well, I felt like an anchor was dropped on me. After a few seconds of clearing my head, I realize that I'm in a car, and speeding. I quickly realize the weird boy from the dinner is driving.

I'm enraged, frustrated, and about about to punch the living joy out of him, but he says, "Don't. Look, your not kidnapped, that creature attacked you and you where knocked out unconscious. I'm driving you to a camp, that is for stuff like this, or well kids like you."

"Kids like me? What do you mean?" I ask extremely fustrated, not getting a single thing he's saying.

"Your a demigod or half-blood, half god and half human. Your---"

"Well you mental! Are you medicated or something? Great a crazy's person's driving to Narnia! Oh better yet, let's go to Hogwarts!" I add sarcastically.

He rolls his eyes and hits the breaks abruptly to stop at the side of the road. "Look, I'm here to help you, H-E-L-P, that a NICE thing NICE people do. Now if you would be so kind to be NICE, which must be something rare to you, well I'd love the effort. And NO I am not medicated, I'm telling the complete truth. This will all make sense when we get to Camp Half-Blood. Just trust me, if not we'll part ways and never see each other."

"Okay, well I'm sorry Mr. Stranger, for being so rude to you. Fresh start---My name is X, nice to meet you." I hold out my hand for him to shake.

"Hello, I'm Henry." He shakes my hand back. After the proper introductions, he starts the car and hits the road.

"So how long till this um, well camp?"

"Bout fifteen minutes."

"That's weird Agua Dulce is in the middle of nowhere, wait how long was I out?"

"You were out about 2 days and seven hours."

"WHAT?! What did that creature do to me?"

"Well it ran towards you and he slashed you against a tree, then a pole fell at you. After that I killed it and gave you some ambrosia. Ambrosia is a healing food for demigods like yourself, and it's so powerful one bit could evaporate a normal human being."

"Whoa." is all I can utter. "Well, um thanks for saving me from that creature, I owe you one Henry." I give a friendly smile.

"Don't worry you don't have to, I'm your protector anyways." He says gently.

"Okay it's decided I owe you one." I smile widely, knowing he can't argue. He just laughs and agrees with me.

"So if it's been a 2 day and seven hour ride, where are we?"

"We're in Long Island, New York, the camp is in an unexposed area of this place, you'll see." I see him smirk for a while, but it quickly fades. "Ah and here we are!" He now has a huge smile in his face. We get off the car and walk towards a huge forest.

Soon enough I see these big Greek columns with Greek words, which strange enough I can read Camp Half-Blood.

"I can read Greek?" I ask dumbfounded.

"Yes, your brain is hard-wired with Ancient Greek, well since your a demigod," as he sees I'm confused he adds, "Don't worry they'll explain more at the camp."

I walk through the columns and see the camp, and I am utterly speechless. The camp is so, just so, magnificent! I stay where I'm at for a while, taking it all in.

"This way." Henry adds interrupting my thoughts.

He walks me through everything. I see campers arching, having actual sword fights, climbing a rock wall with lava at the bottom, completely amazed by the activities. I thought I had taken in too much already but I see centaurs, half-human half-goat kids, and tree like ladies. I'm seriously thinking I'm mental, when a centaur comes up to me and talks to me.

"Hello, I'm Chiron director of Camp Half-Blood. I will give you a tour of this camp, but quickly since we are preparing for a reunion, you might say." he smiles.

"Um, okay nice to meet you Chiron, I'm X." I add quite shyly. He makes a confused face at my name but decided not to ask.

He shows me the lake, forest, the Big House as they call it, and finally the cabins. There are twenty cabins in total. Chiron also told me I would staying with in the Hermes cabin since my godly parent hasn't claimed me. Wow, some parent that is.

The half hour is over and he tells me to go to my cabin to meet some of the campers. I do, and as I walk in the cabin a girl immediatly introduces herself.

"Hi I'm Belle! Welcome to the Hermes cabin! And you are?" she asks cheerfully.

"Oh thanks, I'm X."

"X? Cool name short for something? Oh also have you been claimed or not yet?" She adds with a smile.

"Uh yeah, it's short for Xenia, but please don't call me that, I go by X. Well, unfortunatly I haven't." As I say that last sentence with pure bitterness.

"Okay I understand, don't worry X. But yeah, don't worry about the whole "claim" thing, they're sure to claim you, thanks to Percy."

"Percy? Who is he? Why thanks to him?"

"Percy Jackson, oh he's extremly amazing, he's this hero at camp. Oh and that's a looong story, but to put it short... He won a battle, Gods where going to give him immortality, but instead he asked for them to claim their kids."

"Wow, some guy. That was really thoughtful. This kid must be something real special. As I am thinking this I ask her, "Is he at camp?"

"In a few minutes he will be here, he's going to tell us about the Roman's and the mission. Others campers are going to be here as well." she adds pretty excited, but I can sense some nervousness in her voice.

"Wait there's Romans too? Gosh maybe Hogwarts does exist."

She giggles and tells me, "Yeah it threw us all off, we barely discovered this a few months ago, and no silly. Hey, we better get going if we're going to see them arrive. Don't be scared if you see a huge dog, it looks vicious, but he won't attack you."

I just nodd and we start walking outside to wait for the famous Percy Jackson.
