NCT bxb oneshots: the 2nd edition

Giant- Sungchan x Renjun x Shotaro

"Love are you forgetting something?" Renjun asked, Shotaro immediately checking his acorn bag.

"No I don't think so?"

Renjun smiled and walked over to Shotaro, kissing him softly on the lips.

"Oh"

Shotaro blushed at his boyfriend's forwardness, even though they'd been dating for months, he's still such a shy grape around him.

"Have a good day okay baby?"

Shotaro nodded and gave Renjun a quick tight hug before he walked out of the house and onto the dirt street that connected them to the neighborhood.

The air was warming up, though still freezing as it was nearing the end of the winter months and entering the chilly spring.

The winding path down to town was wide and unforgiving with the large rocks that littered the space.

Shotaro almost tripped on three on his way to the market, but he made it there in one piece.

He was working part time at the little pet store right by the weapons district.

The "pet shop" only consisted of snails, but he did get to paint their shells pretty colors, so the job wasn't that bad.

"Good morning Shino!" Shotaro said cheerily, setting his bag on his work station.

"Mornin' Shota"

"How's Shelly doing?"

Shotaro made small conversation with his boss as they set up shop, feeding the snails their daily breakfast of leaves and grain.

"There you go Honey, just how you like it" Shotaro muttered to himself as he set down Honey's food bowl. Honey squeaked and slid over to her bowl to begin eating.

"I think Honey really likes you"

Shotaro tensed up as he felt a hand on the low of his back.  He looked to the side and sighed with relief as it was just Renjun.

"What's the face for?"

"Nothing, you just sounded like someone else"

"Who?"

"It's not really important"

Renjun didn't push further, as the conversation was obviously making Shotaro uncomfortable.

"Why are you here?"

"Wow okay, I'll pretend im not offended"

"No, I just mean, I didn't expect you"

"I was bored, so I'm just wandering around town"

"Oh okay"

"That's it? No 'I'm so happy to see you' ?"

"I saw you like an hour ago Injun"

"So you didn't miss me?"

"I always miss you, just a little bit"

"Aw come on, only a little?"

"It's only a little because I know you're right at home waiting for me"

Renjun cooed at Shotaro's shy expression and ruffled his hair.

"You're so sweet baby"

Shotaro grinned as Renjun pecked his cheek.

"I'll be back to pick you up after your shift"

Renjun exited the shop, looking around the town centre. The bakery was just opening, and most of the shops didn't open until later, so he had no clue what to do.
