Many people may think they know someone well when they read one of their books, or talk to them. But I really don't think that's everything. There's another side to us that we don't share with the rest of the world. Is it because we feel like our burdens and woes are too fickle? Too stupid?
In a lot of cases, it is. Someone out there really has it a lot worse than you do. Don't worry about the little things.
But there are some things I think we should get out there. Bottling serious things up can be potentially dangerous. I know, I've been through it before. I still do it, I admit, but here I am. I'll pour out my every emotion, right here in this book.
This is a book of my deepest fears, dreams, and insecurities. All of this is raw, and real. I have every right to every opinion I have, and this for me, is my own personal diary.
Why am I writing this?
The answer's simple.
I want to reach out and inspire you all, and reach out to someone.
I just want you guys to feel infinite, to feel unplugged. Because it's totally okay to be different, and feel disconnected. I feel like that almost everyday.
But I prefer to look at the brighter side, where there's a good feeling to being unplugged from the world. I prefer to be optimistic, and hide this all. Some days you just can't. Some days you just need to cry. It's alright.
There isn't a bad reason to beind disconnected to the rest of the world. It just means that you're different, and you're unique. You are YOU. You're not some copy of another person. Maybe you actually live your life instead of passing it by. You are important.
And no one has the power to take that away from you.
So read on, and I really hope I can help those of you who hurt in secret. Because there is a lot we may have in common.
Important:
Each of these poems are mine. And they are copyrighted, so please, do not use them. I also will set goals for some of my entries, and I'll try to write a poem for every theme of each day.
