"ONE? TWO? HOW MUCH MORE LIVES UNTIL THIS ENDS? But what if the person in my dream is right? Will saving them be the right choice?" Ryder thought then looked at Rico and Hope.

Rico smiled at Ryder then sat close to him. "Ryder, thank you! If not for you then I could've died and the worst thing is it could've been hard to find my body. I owe you a lot. You know, after what happened, I realized many things. It's like I have been brought back to the light. I was a greedy person, just like Hope's parents...uhm...James had told me...anyway, I became greedy but not because I wanted to but because I needed to, at first I needed to provide medicine for my father,"

Life is very unfair but I never thought that I'd become such a greedy person. Well I guess it was right to say I wasn't at first, but as time passed by I became hungry for money. It was such a satisfaction when you hold a sum amount of money. Before, I only wanted what could suffice but there was something inside me that kept telling me that it is not enough then one day, I started stealing just to satisfy my greed," Rico looked down to where his hands used to be.

"Rico..." Ryder breathed hard, "the world also turned against my family and I can sympathize with you for that, but as much as I want to, I still fail to understand why you became as you said 'evil'. No matter what our social status is, no matter how hard our life is, we should always do what is just. Being poor does not justify wrongdoings."

"I know! I realized it now. I regretted everything that time I was almost buried alive. Seeing what could've happened if only I hadn't become what I had become. But do you know who I thought of that time I was buried? The face of my father crying. Thank you for convincing James to save me, Ryder! I promise to change and live a new life once all this ends."

Ryder smiled and looked at everyone. His determination to end this only became stronger. The more determined Ryder devices a plan to finally put an end to the catastrophe.

"All of you! Let's join together and put an end to this. Hope, Steve, Rico, and James. There may be just five of us now but I know that we can do this!" Ryder said. Compassion in his eyes, a blazing fire.

"Right! We have nothing to lose, why be afraid?" Hope added.

"Who's afraid? Us who are technically dead? NO! The dead fears no living, the living fears the dead!"

"Hey! You got big brains!" Steve said.

"Ah! Steve! You are always ruining the moment," James butted in then breathed, "Guys, let's end this! I'm tired in doing their orders, I'm tired of the fact that they had been killing sinners but they themselves are!"

Steve stood, got his chin and chest up, and clenched his fist. He then looked at everyone who are now staring at him then used his hand to sign that they come close. Everyone was confused and about to laugh because of Steve's posture.

"Ahhh! Why aren't you standing up?! Stand and do your poses! And what should we be called?" Steve said then repeated posing. It caused everyone to force their giggle out.

"Steve! We are not a superhero team! Please--" he laughed again.

The topic was averted because of Steve, and James saw the time so they decided to head back to the Reaper's lair. Meditrina was commanded by Ryder to tell what she knows to Hope.

At forest near the lair.

"James, look at what you did! There are your members guarding the lair. How can you get me back in?" Ryder asked.

"Just stay here for a while, I have to talk to them before you could get in."

James went there and after some time, the members guarding went to the other side of the forest, as if James told them to search for something, then he went back to Ryder and they rushed inside.
