I looked around and saw strangers around me sitting in a circle around Arishem's statue as it lit up with a red light. A small golden sphere floated out of it and into a woman next to me. I guess she's our leader. As the sphere went inside her, she opened her eyes, which I have only now noticed were closed before. As I looked around again I realized everyone else's eyes were closed too.

The lady opened her eyes and said "It is time." and to that everyone opened their eyes. I got up and walked over to the window. I could see the planet. It had large green spots swimming around in a big mass of christal clear blue water. I felt someone walking up to me.

"It's beautiful." I said without looking at him. I knew who it was. I could feel his energy. And also he was sitting next to me so I could recognize his scent. I just didn't know his name. I didn't really care anyway. I could sense the arrogance on him a hundred miles away.

"It is." I felt him looking at me trying to see into my mind.

"It's not gonna work, but you can keep trying." i said finally looking at him with a small smirk on my face. He looked a bit startled but I could hardly read any emotions off his face. He was very cautious.

"I don't know what you're talking about." He said with a very thick maybe Irish accent.

"Sure you don't. Anyways.. you're a shitty liar for a mind reader." I said looking back at the planet outside as it seemed to grow bigger by the second.

"Well I wouldn't know. I prefer honesty above carefully shaped lies." He said as he rolled hi eyes. Ugh, the arrogance. He sounded genuine though. I guess he's better than I thought.

"I'm Druig."
I didn't say my name. It was none of his business. Although we will be working together to protect the people here it does not mean we have to like one-another.

"Aezia. Follow me." The woman, whom now I know is called Ajak said as she walked over to us.

"One second Ajak." I said as I turned to the boy-Druig next to me one more time. I scoffed  as I saw his arrogant face, probably knowing I didn't want to share my name with him. I rolled my eyes and went to follow Ajak to a corridor to my left.

"Wait." I heard Druig almost-yell after me.Of course he didn't actually yell, it sounded more of a confident statement. Kind of.

"What?" I turned to him annoyed. He really is nerve-wrecking.

"I wonder.. how did you know her name?" he said with a playful smirk on his face as he walked up to me.

"I have my ways." I said with a mysterious smile. Actually I just heard her introduce herself while I was pretending to listen to this insolent douche. But of course he didn't need to know that.

"Fine. See you later.. Aezia." He said and stopped as I kept walking to catch up to Ajak.  We walked along the long corridor, until we got to a big, empty room.

"Look, Aezia. We need to talk." She said with a serious and worried face.

"Yeah, of course. About what?" I asked already knowing where where this is going. She took a moment before answering.

"Your powers. But you already knew that, didn't you?" she said with a soft smile.

"Yes, but it was an accident an-, and I already told Arishem it won't happen again. I promise."

"You talked to Arishem?"

"Yes. Haven't we all?"

"No, only the prime eternals have ever talked with him directly."

"I-, he didn't tell me that."

"We'll talk about it later, okay? But I can't let you come with us yet. I'm sorry."

"Yeah, I mean I wouldn't let myself come if I were you either." I let out a laugh.

"Sorry." I said after she looked at me how my mom used to after I said something inappropriate. Now that I think about it I don't really remember family dinners. Or my mom for that matter.

"Don't worry Druig is staying here too-"

"Noo. Now I wanna go."

"You know I can't let you. Arrishem's order."

"I know. Which one is his room anyway?"

"The 3rd to the right. I think."

"Ok. You can find me in the 5th to the left." I said behind my back. I could hear her laugh as I walked away.

§AFTER THE OTHERS LEFT§

"I see they left you out too. Not that I'm surprised, you are pretty annoying." I said to him as I walked up to the window, watching as the others fought the deviants down there.

"Very funny. First-of-all I'm a thinker. It would only make sense leaving me here. And second-of-all your here too."

"Yeah. Now that I think about it you wouldn't be much help down there anyway. With your lame mind control stuff."

"Oh yeah? Well I imagine if you'd be of help they wouldn't have left you on the Domo either." he said letting out an annoyed sigh. Now one thing to know about me is that I have quite severe anger issues.

I turned to him, grabbed him by his neck and pushed him on the wall behind him.

"Say that again and you won't have a mind to control, nor protect." I said to him as my eyes turned pitch black. It was frankly terrifying.

"Woah, hey! Calm down!" he said with almost no emotion yet again. But this time I could see the pure terror in his eyes. It was fun if I'm honest. But I let him go before it went too far and Arishem would give me a way worse punishment than staying on the Domo.

"What was that?" he asked the terror slowly turning into anger in his ocean blue eyes. They were beautiful. I didn't really noticed it before, I was too preoccupied with somewhat tolerating his arrogance.

"That was the reason I had to stay here with you dick, instead of doing the very thing we came here to do." I said feeling myself getting angrier. But I wasn't angry. Which meant it wasn't me. Which meant I had to get out of there before it was too late for me to stop it.
