She remembered that person saying in the conversation
"You can only delete me by restoring your iPhone"
she didn't want too restore her iPhone because she had some wonderful selfies..
But she had to so that she could get out of the mess
So she got on her laptop opened iTunes then she pressed that option saying restore the device she clicked that and she said
"Bye bye wonderful selfies"
So once everything was done she had to set up her iPhone like how she did when she first got her iPhone......she was so relieved and now she learnt her lesson
