BACKSTORY: Jemma gets shot on a mission and Daisy panics more than Jemma does.

It had been five minutes since entering the warehouse and things were already starting to go wrong. It was a simple HYDRA base raid. Nothing the team hadn't done before. The team had split into duos. Daisy and Jemma, Fitz and May, Yo-Yo and Mack and Coulson and Deke. Usually, all eight members of the team would be able to communicate with their teammates via comms but almost as soon as they had entered, comms had gone offline.
"Well this isn't creepy at all" Daisy muttered as her and Jemma crept through the dark warehouse, floorboards creaking beneath them as they went.
"How very inconsiderate of the bad guys to hide away in such a dark and creepy place" Jemma agreed sarcastically.
A moment later, a gunshot rang out and the two women whipped around to fight off two HYDRA agents who they easily overpowered.
"Are you alright?" Jemma asked, turning to face Daisy who had ended up behind her.
"Yea-OHMYGOD"
"Calm down Daisy"
"You're telling my to calm down? You're the one who's been shot!" Daisy exclaimed rushing over to her friend.
"It's nothing Daisy" Jemma assured the younger woman, glancing down at her arm "Just grazed me"
"You're bleeding Simmons. That's not nothing" Daisy said rushing to try and stop the bleeding.
"Daisy, it's fine" Jemma said, pulling her scarf off her neck and holding it out to her friend "Tie this around my arm. It should help slow the bleeding until we get to the Zephyr. Now, let's get back to the mission"
Daisy took the scarf and wrapped it carefully around Jemma's arm.
"Fitz is going to kill me for not taking you straight back to the Zephyr" Daisy muttered before taking the lead through the warehouse. Moments later, the comms crackled back to life.
"Simmons, Daisy, do you copy?"
"This isn't good Mack. They haven't responded for almost five minutes"
"That's it, I'm going to get them"
"Woah calm down guys" Daisy stopped walking and interrupted the teams panicked conversation.
"Oh thank god you're alive. Jemma? Are you there too?" Fitz said, clearly freaking out.
"Yes Fitz I'm right here"
"We have what we need. You two can come out now" Coulson instructed "We heard gunshots. Are either of you hurt?"
"We're perfectly fine sir"
"Simmons got shot"
Suddenly their comms were filled with a familiar Scottish voice swearing.
"Oh bloody hell Fitz. Calm down. I am fine. It barely grazed me. As usual, Daisy was being dramatic" Jemma said, frustration clear in her voice.
"Whatever" Daisy said rolling her eyes and grabbing Jemma's uninjured arm and pulling her back the way they came "Let's get out of here superhero Simmons!"
