Lisa was stunned. His eyebrows were tightly furrowed while the gloomy expression on his face grew more intense. It felt as though a heavy rock had crushed his heart.

He dialed Huai's number. The other line was filled with noisy conversations. Huai sounded slightly confused and tipsy. "Is that Third Young Master Manoban? Your wife? She just walked out the back door of the Golden Age Club..."

Crap!

Lisa raised his head and noticed the dazzling neon lights that spelled the words "Golden Age" above him. A series of doubts drifted through his mind...

He was unaware that Huai had invited his guests to Golden Age tonight. He would definitely have taken Little Nini home if he had known about this.

"Who did she leave with?" Lisa asked calmly.

"I think she left with Chaeyoung. You could call Little Park and ask her if you want..."

Lisa was faintly reassured when he heard that she was with Chaeyoung.

He called Jisoo first and explained the situation to him. After that, he asked for Chaeyoung's address. His wife had turned off her phone despite leaving with someone else in the middle of the night. Was she planning to stay out all night?

Jennie tossed and turned in bed. She felt as though she was being tortured to death by the alcohol in her stomach.

She wondered why she had drunk so much on impulse. She felt worse now than the previous time when she ate the spicy mala cuisine in C City.

Her stomach churned while her head throbbed as though her skull was about to crack. Her mind was filled with the sound of her own pitiful wails...

Chaeyoung brought Jennie some hot water to clean her face and poured some water for Jennie to drink. This woman was at a loss of what to do because she had never taken care of a drunk person before.

She would never have brought Lisa's wife back to her own home if Jennie had not cried and kicked up a huge fuss earlier. Jennie firmly refused to return to the Manoban household.

Chaeyoung rented a place in one of the densely-packed but upscale apartment complexes on Han City Road. It contained two halls and two bedrooms. The apartment was furnished with expensive furniture and kitchen and bathroom tools. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The number of rooms suited her fine because she did not usually get visitors. However, the presence of an additional person stressed Chaeyoung out. She had to sleep in the living room because there were no extra beds for her to use.

"Miss Park, is your friend drunk?"

Aunty Zhang, the nanny, asked quietly from the other bedroom.

Chaeyoung nodded and glanced toward the bedroom behind Aunty Zhang. She lowered her voice and asked, "Is An An asleep?"

"He fell asleep a long time ago, but he was asking to see his mother before he finally dozed off! An An can sleep at my place since your friend is here tonight. That'll make it easier for you to take care of your friend!"

Aunty Zhang was nearly fifty years old. She had worked as a live-in nanny for numerous households. She was the first nanny that Chaeyoung found when she brought her four-year-old son to Luo Hai. They were now as close as relatives after all that time they had spent together.

Chaeyoung was extremely grateful. "Thank you!

"Aunty Zhang, is there any way to make her feel better?"

Chaeyoung guessed that Jennie was suffering when she saw her tossing about and ripping at her clothes.

She had no idea why Jennie suddenly looked so upset when she returned from her walk. She finished half a bottle of red wine before she gulping down two bottles of beer.
