Part 12 || tint

Hana's POV

I was able to explain to Sunghoon what happened a while ago. He understood, but I feel like he wanted to fight back. Anyway, since that's over, I'm now with Heeseung in his house to just hang out. He says it's to make it up to me for bailing on our plans all the time. He seemed desperate so I just said yes. We continued watching Friends but I couldn't concentrate.

He played with the tip of my fingers just fidgeting with them while we watched. I don't know why but he just does it.

Heeseung: "love you Hana" he looked up with those eyes and smiled like he was a baby

Hana: "hmm..." his smiled dropped and sat up straight. He was gonna start becoming suspicious anyway. We've been saying since we were kids.

Heeseung: "Hana, why haven't you-"

Hana: "oh look! Rachel's finding out about Monica and Chandler!" I pointed at the tv and he made a shocked sound

Heeseung: "wait where's the remote? Rewind it!" I nervously laughed while he continued to watch.

<time skip Friday>

Heeseung: "I'm hanging out with Bianca tomorrow is that fine?" Well I can't really do anything about it so why bother. To be fair he did hangout with me this whole week so I guess it's fine.

Hana: "yeah sure" before we exited school someone called me

Sunghoon: "Hana!" We both looked back and saw Sunghoon running up to us

Hana: "hey what's up?"

Sunghoon: "are you free tomorrow? I was thinking we could hang-"

Heeseung: "she can't" we both looked at him confused

Hana: "what?"

Heeseung: "she's not hanging out with you"

Hana: "and why not?"

Heeseung: "just- no" he's saying 'no' for no reason? He's been so annoying lately what is with him! How can he be getting on my nerves so easily. At this point I wanted to shout at him. He's been doing this every time Sunghoon shows up. If he gets to hangout with Bianca I can hang out with someone else. I faced Sunghoon ignoring Heeseung

Heeseung's POV

Hana: "sure, just text me the details" they both smiled at each other.

Sunghoon: "alright, see ya Han" he left and I swear I could burn a whole through that guys back

Heeseung: "I hate it when he calls you that" she faced me annoyed

Hana: "he can call me what he wants and why did you say no? It's not like I'm doing anything tomorrow" she's mad at me. I don't like this feeling when she's mad at me

Heeseung: "Hana I'm sorry, it's just weird" She raised an eyebrow at me with an annoyed face. My stomach sank like there was this heavy ball bouncing around.

Hana: "ok" we continued to walk. I started making small talk and slowly we forgot about what happened. We made conversation like usual, jokes and laughter surrounding us. My head and body basically felt lighter when I knew she wasn't mad at me anymore. Her having resentment towards me feels like someone sending a punch through my stomach.

Right after Heeseung left I went straight home and just chilled on the couch. The doorbell rang and I stood up to get it. I was surprised to see Sunghoon.
