Chapter 2

Your head was throbbing like crazy and felt dizzy, because of the pain you were not able to open your eyes. Suddenly the smell of new furniture, adhesives and to be more precise, the smell of a newly renovated room hit your nose. This was not how your room smells, it smelled more like bleach and phenyl. Something was wrong, you tried to remember the last thing you did before blacking out.
The date... You went on a date that was the last thing you did, then suddenly someone had attacked you. The memories came back of what happened after Park Jimin left.

You opened your eyes and took in the new surroundings. You were lying on a bed, in a dimly lit room, the floorboards looked new and giving away the strong smell of new wood, the walls were of sour cream colour which was giving you a very depressive feeling. You can smell the paint too, which means you were right, it indeed was a newly renovated room.

The abductor must have made you unconscious with chloroform which is why you felt dizzy and nauseous and then left you in a newly constructed and renovated house, so that no one could find you, but the only thing that was not fitting was why would he give you so much comfort, shouldn't you be tied to a chair with a tape to prevent you from screaming or making any noise. Instead you were on a master bed, this doesn't felt right.

You knew what were the normal situations after being abducted because in your line of work people were always after you to get back at you. You were a police officer and you often found yourself in these kinds of situations. But this was not giving you a good feeling, something felt off. You looked towards the table beside the bed and found a vase of white lilies and on the other side of the bed, there was a vase of purple flowers, you didn't new what they were called. You found that strange, they were definitely kept here to show something because they didn't matched with the decoration of the room.

You waited for the kidnapper to come, and till that time tried to hear any voices coming from outside but it was too silent, there was no sound at all. You weren't tied so you decided to tour around the room, and ended up standing in front of the washroom, you opened the door and found a really neat and tidy washroom. You noticed that there too was a vase of white lilies and those purple flowers. You became curious as to what exactly is this whole situation about. After taking a whiz you went back in the room and towards the closet, it was filled with new clothes and what shocked you even more was that they were exactly your size even the undergarments. This person must have been following you for a long time. You felt a little self conscious and scared, what more does he knows about you.

Several questions started running in your mind, was he a creep or a stalker but the fact that he kidnapped a police officer that means he must be from some big gang which you arrested in past. You were busy with your thoughts when your eyes landed on a piece of paper that was stuck on the door of the room. You went closer to read what it said....

"If you are up, choose clothes from your closet and clean up after yourself."

It must be the kidnapper. You didn't know what to do so you decided to obey what was written on the note, as you didn't knew who he was, for all you knew he could be a psychopath too.

You chose a hoodie and sweat pants and went in the washroom.

When you came out you found a plate full of your favourite eatables, a glass of water and a note left beside it.

"Eat this and go to bed."

Again you obeyed. You didn't need to check if the food was poisoned or not as it was pretty obvious if he had abducted you that means he wants you alive or he would have killed you by now. You finished the food as you were famished, after that you laid down on the bed and didn't do anything because you had already noticed the camera that was monitoring your every move from the corner of the room. But you still wondered who had kidnapped you. You were panicking from inside because of this too calm atmosphere, but didn't show it on your face. You covered yourself with a blanket and closed your eyes and drifted off.
