"Welcome to la cocina de La Casa Madrigal," he raises his hands up as he turns into the kitchen, presenting it. I laugh and take it all in. There's tiles with butterflies cut out of them lining the counters. Julieta is standing at the counter, her back towards us but I can clearly see there's flour all over her. She's humming a song as she makes more of what I'm guessing are arepas. "Hola tia!" Camilo says as he hugs her. I smile at how sweet he can be despite what Dolores says.

"Ah, are you giving our guest a tour?" She says as she turns to me and smiles, brushing flour off her hands. Camilo steps back over to me with and swings arm around my shoulder.

"Yup, she's getting it from the best" he says squeezing my shoulders. It catches me by surprise and a blush reaches it's way to my face before I can help it. I notice him smirking victoriously. 'Flirt', I think to myself, quoting Dolores. Julieta just laughs at us and goes back to cooking, humming quietly to herself. "Onto the next room," he says as he playfully pushes me out of the room.

He leads us into what is obviously the dining room. On the biggest wall there's a mural that reaches from the floor to the ceiling covering the whole wall. Ever member of the family has their own spot. My eyes travel to the person I haven't met or even heard of yet. The way he was painted has an eerie feeling to it. "Hey, Camilo? Who's this?" his smile drops and I immediately regret bringing it up. He looks to the man in the painting with his tattered green cloak and glowing green eyes. "I- hey I'm sorry-" I start, but he cuts me off.

"Bruno. Mi tio," He looks to me. A smirk find it's way onto his face as he takes a step closer to me. he bends his head down next to my ear. I feel his breath tickle my neck as he whispers, "He sees your dreams. Feasts on your screams," a shiver crawls up my spine. I step back and look up at him.

"Where is he now?" I ask trying to rid myself of the feeling of him whispering in my ear. He shrugs nonchalantly.

"They say he comes back every night, choosing whose soul to steal next with a prophecy that gives you a fate worse than death. Dolores tells everyone she can still hear his rats scurrying in the walls, looking for their master," He studies my face. I'm trying to hide the fact that I believe him. With how powerful the others' gifts are, I wouldn't be surprised.

In an instant, he grabs my shoulders and shouts, "Boo!" I scream, caught by surprise. I glare at him for a second before we both burst into laughter.  While he's still in a fit of laughter, I bring my hand back and slap his arm probably harder than necessary,  whipping his head to the side. His eyes are wide with surprise as he  holds his arm in shock. I narrow my eyes at him and smirk.

"Never do that again," I hiss. He grins back at me.

    "Whatever you say princesa,"

    "Chameleon," I tease.

"You wanna run that by me again?" He smirks playfully.

"You heard me," I say as he chases me out of the dining room laughing.

He catches up to me in hallway. "Wanna show me my room?" I tease earning sigh a sigh from Camilo.

"But first I want to introduce you to someone," he says grabbing my hand dragging me up the stairs and to a door with the words 'nursery' written sloppily upon the door. He knocks a short rhythm on the door and a small voice calls from inside,

"Come in!" Camilo pushes open the door to reveal a small boy sitting on a bed, toying with a  stuffed animal. He looks up to see Camilo and his eyes light up. "Come for a rematch?" the little boy giggles.
