Warm Comforts for You and Me

Thank you for the request @i_use_ao3_as_you_can_see I did my best to write up an idea for the two of them. I tried to draw up an idea on what o!Tubbo would be like in the OSMP and found that he was more energetic in the first OSMP and I liked the idea, but I also like the idea of him being a hardworking bee and generally more serious(?) mature(?) than Ranboo who was a bit of a stuck-up as you mentioned.

At first, I didn't know what a stuck-up was, so I looked it up and tried to write ranboo as one. I have a chapter idea that I decided to make into a separate book since it needed more chapters to fully capture the idea. This idea is where the one with a more stuck-up ranboo or a more spoiled ranboo as I would say would be written in. But for now, have my version of o!beeduo.

Since the day that Ranboo and Tubbo got married, Tubbo had seen his husband change his attitude towards him in a way that makes him cuter than he already was. In the past, the man would only do things that only showed a restrained way of showing affection to him, Ranboo would always ask him if he could hold his hand or hug him and only do so if he agreed.

A month since the marriage Ranboo had been showering him with love that Tubbo had to restrain him. The man would always offer him the best products that were sold in the market and buy expensive clothes that made him lose the strength to his knees when he sees the number of zeros in the price tag. Ranboo loved to watch him work but had grown concerned for Tubbo's health so he once offered to hire someone to take care of Tubbo's job so he can rest, his husband was touched that Ranboo was caring towards him, but he didn't want to stay at home and much preferred working in the field together with the other bees.

But Ranboo had grown persistent and wanted to spend more time with him so he offered the choice to Tubbo every chance he can to the point that the two had a fight that led to Tubbo sleeping in the guest room leaving Ranboo having an almost sleepless night until he knocked on Tubbo's door and begged for forgiveness.

Aside from a few small misunderstandings and small fights among them, the two still loved each other and spent most of their time being in each other's company. This morning the two were stuck inside the mansion to spend the day with each other, the rain was pouring heavily outside stopping both of them from going out. 

The rain also meant that Ranboo's hardworking husband would be showing his rare lazy side of mostly being sleepy for the days to come. Ranboo called the company to postpone the plans for this week and looked at the calendar to adjust his schedule not noticing that his husband had walked down the stairs with a blanket in tow and had become a small cocoon on the sofa.

Releasing a sigh, Ranboo looked outside the window before turning around and seeing the small bundle of fluff on the sofa that Tubbo had become. "Tubbo, why did you get out of the room, were you cold?" Ranboo's voice was low and gentle which softly woke up the half-asleep Tubbo who hummed in agreement he poked his head out of the blanket and looked at Ranboo who had knelt down to meet his eyes. 

The man he was staring at showed an attractive smile before standing up and teleporting away leaving small purple particles in his place. Tubbo scanned around the living room for the remote before spotting it at the corner of the center table, where he tried to reach for it without getting up only for him to roll off the sofa and onto the carpet below. 

Ranboo teleported back to the living room and saw his husband face-first on the carpet. "T-Tubbo..?" He carefully placed the tray of jam treats and mugs of cocoa on the coffee table before carefully lifting and turning his husband to him. "Are you okay?" Ranboo half-laughingly asked which earned the hum reply of Tubbo and a glare that he found adorable.

Sitting down on the sofa with Tubbo in his arms, he reached for the remote and turned on the television to play a movie that Tubbo agreed with before hugging the man closer to him. The two sat together and watched the movie lazily in the living room ignoring the rain outside and only acknowledging each other's company. 

Tubbo shifted in his cocoon state and removed the blanket to properly sit on Ranboo's lap and cover their legs with it before leaning on the man. A soft purr erupted from the man behind him and he felt his hair being nuzzled, he released a giggle as he imagined Ranboo as a giant fluffy cat. This giggle made the big cat Ranboo reach for the jam treats he bought yesterday and raised one for Tubbo to take a bite on.

As a bee hybrid, Tubbo gains energy in eating sweets such as jams and chocolate, this one bite gave him enough energy to raise his wings to stretch. After stretching he repositioned himself and placed his head on Ranboo's lap to continue watching the movie as his husband began to comb his hair. A gesture that made him yawn, he might have exhausted himself these past few days, Tubbo thought as he felt his eyes slowly grow heavy as he the voices of the actors in the movie and the rain outside lulled him to sleep.
