The Flash vs. Metal Man

"Stop this now!" shouted Six Pack, fast, Jake Allen
"Yeah, in your dreams!" I will never stop, you think you have a six pack, but you will never beat me." replied Metal Lunatic anxiously.

Flash ran and hit Metal Man but that didn't work, his hand hurt so he held it. Then in the blink of an eye. Metal Man just smashed Flash down.
Crash! Flash fell to the ground, like he was dead. Meanwhile, Sienna turned on the Late Night News and saw the Metal Man incident in the background she saw someone familiar. She knew it was her boyfriend. She went to the scene which took 10 minutes. The Flash was still there with Metal Man crushing him down to bits. Dr. Wells, Caitlin and Cisco had gone. Jake woke up, unable to move. Cisco got into his van and got Jake and put him in the van. Sienna got in aswell. "What happened?" Cisco asked Sienna.
"I just got here, I don't know looks like Metal Man beat him up. When, they got to S.T.A.R Labs he was bleeding like mad nothing could help him recover everything had ended for everyone else. Jake was a lump of old rubbish now. Sienna, stayed by Jake's side and she did everything for him. At night, she slept next to him crying.
