CHAPTER 2

Kaden

My mom woke me up at 4am, because we had to go in the car and not in wolf form. She wasn't happy with what I did yesterday but she wasn't happy I was leaving either.

"I'm sorry mom, I really didn't know it'd go this far" I said as she helped me put the suitcases in the back trunk.

"It's okay Kaden, I just want you to promise me you'll be good" she said, I hugged her and I felt her arms around me.

"I promise" I whispered,

"Now go say bye to mama Blaze" she said with a small smile,

"Where's mama Dum?" I asked her on the way to the house, mom out her hand around my shoulder.

"Eh... She had to go to the castle last night to fix something. I'm sorry but she won't be here to say bye" she explained, I know that's not true because yesterday she said she didn't want to see me but I brushed it off. I ran to my mom's bedroom where I found mama Blaze washing her face.

"Mama... I- I'm sorry" I said and walked closer to her. She smiled at me with tears in her eyes. She pulled in for hug her head while her head rested on my shoulder.

"My little baby..." She whispered, she pinched both my cheeks and kissed them.

"I love you, I'll see you when I see you" I kissed her cheek and left the room holding my tears. I felt so bad, she was so sensitive and caring and look at me making her worry about me all the time.

My brothers were already in the car, my mom was going to drive us there because we didn't know the way and we need a parent. Konan was sitting in the passenger seat but I wasn't in the mood to argue with him I just opened the back door and sat next to Kelian.

"You ready?" mom asked, when none of us answered she rolled her eyes and started the car. I put my headphones on and leaned on the window and shut my eyes so I can have some internal piece.

Someone opened the door I was leaning on and my sleepy ass fell out of the car. I woke up groaning and holding my head, I looked up at Konan who was smirking. I looked around and people were staring at me. I rolled my eyes and stood up dusting my pants.

"Ha ha very funny Konan" I said, my mom patted my back and told me to help get my stuff from the trunk. I nodded and did just that.

"Be nice to each other, your mothers and I will visit when we can" she said putting her sunglasses back on her face.

"Wait that's it? You not going to walk us in and show us who to talk to" I complained, she chuckled getting in the car.

"You're old enough to do that yourself" she shut her door and drove off leaving us in front of this huge old looking castle. I sighed and picked my suitcase and walked inside the building with my brothers behind me.

"Welcome to Royal academy, how can I help you?" A girl in a school uniform asked us, I smiled at her politely.

"My name is Kaden and these are my brothers Konan and Kelian and this is our first day" I said, she nodded and mentioned for us to follow her. What in the Harry Potter is this? The hallways were full with students, staring at the three of us.

"This school is only for royals and noble families, if you're here then you're one of those. I don't see a parent with you? It's none of my business but the principal will ask about them" she said as we reached a huge double door, she knocked and pushed it open. An older guy maybe in late thirties was sitting in his chair, he looked up at us and his face fell. I haven't even done anything yet and he looks disappointed.

"You're Queen Dumitra's kids right" he asked, we all nodded. He asked us to sit down so he can explain the year program and give us more information about our dorms.

"We got rid of them and now they send us three" he mumbled, I gave him a confused and taken back look.

"Look here mister whatever your name is, you don't have the right to talk about my mother. If she knew about this you'll be kicked out before you can blink" I told him, no one talks about my mom like that. I'd rather stay at home and have no education than stay at a place where they have no respect for my family.

"Calm down miss, It's inappropriate to talk back to the dean" the girl said, I glared at her then back at the guy. He stood up trying to intimidate me but he couldn't and I felt someone stand behind me. Konan has my back.

"If you disrespect our mother again, I'd like for you to talk to her face to face and see where this fake tough guy attitude will take you." Konan told him, his face fell down but he quickly composed himself. Kelian sighed and gently pushed us back in our seats.

"I'm sorry about them, we hate disrespectful people. Anyways, can you please give us our schedules and dorm numbers so we can go rest. It's been a long trip" He asked politely, the dean nodded and gave us three papers with everything on them. On the way out we heard him say "at least one of them is polite" and I was about to go back inside his office if Kelian didn't pull me away.

"Wish mama was here so she can show him who the fuck he's talking about" Konan said, I nodded and tried to brush the sad feeling because I didn't talk to her or apologize for what I did.

"These are your uniforms" the girl said handing us and beige and blue school uniform. I looked at mine that had a skirt and gave her a polite smile.

"Sorry I can't wear a skirt, can I please get pants like my brothers" I asked her, she gave me a weird look.

"Girls aren't allowed t-"

"Just give her the pants" Konan said annoyed,

"She has a medical condition" Kelian backed me up, the girl sighed and didn't argue with us anymore she handed me a pair of beige pants.

"In this school, there aren't really a lot of students, so a personal dorm for each student. And by the way, my name is Lexi and I'm a last year and I'm responsible for the girls. Lorde is responsible for the boys so you two should go look for him and he'll show you around" Lexi said to my brothers, they nodded and I waved them goodbye. Konan flipped me off and Kelian blew me a kiss.

"When can I see them?" I asked her as she walked me to my dorm.

"Breakfast, lunch and dinner" she said, she didn't smell like a wolf or a vampire so I was confused on what she was.

"I'm a fairy princess, next in line for the throne" she answered, I looked at her surprised.

"Fairies can read minds, and yours is very open so I advise you to control your thoughts" she chuckled, so if I check a fairy out she'd know I said her ass is nice?

"Yes, yes she will" Lexi answered, damn. Well then you have a nice ass. That made her stop in her track for a second then shake her head with a small smile. I think I'll be having more fun than I expected.
