"You should get some rest, we're leaving at 6 am tomorrow." my dad said and he gestured to the stairs. That meant that it was time for bed...
"But I'm not tired yet! And I want to know more about my character!" I said as I sat straight up and crossed my arms. Sometimes I can act like a littlw kid, I know.
"You can talk about that in the plane tomorrow." Lee said and he pulled me up from the couch and pushed me towards the stairs while I tried to resist and run away from him.
"Can I ask one more question?" I begged my father, and he just nodded followed by a long sigh.
"Peter, has everyone already been cast?" I quickly asked and I got anwsered by a quick nod.
"Okay, thank you. Goodnight guys!" I said as I walked up the stairs.
"Goodnight sweetheart!" my dad yelled after me and then I realized I had forgotten my phone! I am not going to bed without it.
I ran downstairs again, and I saw that my dad had grabbed my phone, and he had it in his hand. He never wants me to take my phone upstairs, because he thinks I will stay up all night watching movies and stuff.
"Dad, can I please have my phone?" I asked trying to be as polite as I could.
"No, no phones after 9 pm." he said teasingly as he put my phone in his pocket. I pouted and crossed my arms angrily.
"Please dad? I'm waiting for someone to reply! Please daddy, please?" I asked sweetly and I put on my puppy eyes. The puppy eyes always work on him, exept when he's extremely grumpy.
"Who's text are you waiting for?" my dad asked me. I wasn't really waiting for someone's text, but saying that I wanted to watch a movie would never work.
"Maybe a guy that has caught her eye." Peter chuckled from behind his laptop. That was a dumb move, never begin about boys to my dad. He would get pissed and mad immediately.
"I may hope it's not!" Lee exclaimed as he grabbed my phone from his pocket and layed it on top of a high shelf. That is the meanest thing you can do to a small person?!
"Please dad, I'm old enough to know what I'm doing! I'm nineteen, I'm not a little kid anymore!" I yelled at him and I immediately covered my mouth because I already regret what I had said.
"I'm sorry, but can I please just have my phone." I sighed, pouting again.
"No, and what will you anwser to that?" he asked but I knew the whole thing what I should say.
"I respect your decisions, and you only do it because it's good for me, and you love me." I sighed as I rolled my eyes. He smiled at me, proud of what he learned me.
"I'm proud of you," he said and he gave me a big hug, "now go off to bed."
"I'll see you tomorrow." I said and I walked up the stairs again.
I went into my room, and I saw two suitcases and my favourite handbag standing on the floor so I just guessed that Eliza was done packing for me. I didn't even bother checking what she had packed, I trust her.
I quickly changed into a big black t-shirt, that used to be my dad's. But I stole it, and used it as nightwear. That happens when you leave for a few months, your daughter steals your clothing.
I then layed down in my bed, and I tightly pulled the covers around me. I could hear Peter and my father talking really softly, but I couldn't really hear it clearly.
It was only 8 pm, and I wasn't really able to go to sleep yet. My eyes just weren't ready to close and fall asleep.
I stepped out of bed, and I walked downstairs again. My dad will be annoyed.
"Skyla, what's the matter?" My father asked really worried instead of really annoyed.
"I'm just not tired yet, and I just thought I could still hang around for a bit." I sighed as I layed down on the couch with my head placed on Lee's lap.
"All the dwarves have found, and I finally got all their pictures!? Thank god!" Peter all of a sudden exclaimed happily.
"Really, can I see?" I asked as I walked up to him and looked on his screen. He smiled at my excitement.
"Of course, the names of the character they will play are under the pictures." he said as he handed me his laptop. I then sat down by Lee again.
I looked through the pictures, and because I've read the books so I knew about the dwarves. But without all the makeup I could only see some normal looking men.
"Thorin, Oin, Gloin, Bifur, Bofur, Bombur, Ori, Nori, Dori, Dwalin, Balin, Fili and Kili. He's kind of hot!" I said, looking at a picture of the guy who was playing Kili. He looked like the typical woman's dream guy.
"Let me see that." Lee said as he quickly grabbed the laptop from my grasp and looked at the picture of Kili.
"His name is Aidan Turner, he's an amazing actor." Peter said with a big smile. I was still smirking because Lee was pissed.
"He's pretty hot!" I said with a cheeky wink, just to annoy my dad.
"No, Skyla he's not. And please just go to bed now." Lee said and he was still looking at the laptop with disgust. I love annoying him by calling guys hot...
"Fine!" I exclaimed and I walked to the stairs again.
I actually didn't think he was that hot, but my dad just hates it when I say things like that so I just call it payback! Payback for not giving me my phone. I just need to fight fire with fire.
On the picture he had like a bushy beard, and that's the one thing I hate about guys. The beards... Ugh...
It's just so gross, stuff gets stuck in there, and it's just... Ugh...
I'd better get to sleep... Why not...
