He thinks you're joking at first. And then he stops laughing and asks if you're serious. Then he runs off. To be honest you probably think he's leaving you but you find out he was in Angel's Share celebrating after Diluc tells you to pick him up.

He's ready for this. He's trained for this moment since you got together. It would definitely be planned too.
You best believe he's dragging you to Albedo for checkups to make sure you're ok. And he'd give you massages when you ache.
Razor
He'd be able to smell something different about you. Like how the wolves smell. He is a little confused at first but when the other wolves get more protective over you, he gets the idea. He doesn't see it so much as a scary thing but as a new part of his family.
He'd get really, really protective of you. He'd also love to listen to your tummy to try and her its heartbeat.
Childe
He is just full-on wailing in happiness. He'll spin you around, and shout it to everyone who will listen.
The first person he's telling is Teucer because he knows how much Teucer likes you.
He begs YOU TO LET HIM buy baby stuff and believe me he goes overboard. Just like Diluc, he will massage you. You will have to FIGHT him to keep working because he just doesn't want to tire you out in any way.
Xiao
He's worried for you. No one knows what could happen or if your body can handle that amount of adeptal energy inside you. Yes, he kind of does want a family. But you are his family now and he really doesn't want to risk losing you.
If you're adamant you're keeping it then he will support you. He's so scared of losing you that he spends every moment with you, either awake or just watching you sleep.
The further along the pregnancy gets without problems, the more at ease Xiao will become around the unborn child. He might even begin to feel your stomach and talk to it at times.
Zhongli
He's worried that he might be too old fashioned for this and that his parenting techniques might be outdated. He is compassionate though, and he can feel a bond between him and the baby right away. He's very good at looking after you and always seems to have a remedy for things like morning sickness and back and breast pain, usually teas.
He's very good, despite his own fears.
Gorou
Probably tied for first place with Childe for most excited. He's so excited, he's planning names, future birthdays and all the jokes he's gonna use to embarrass them. Really he's just wholesome. He doesn't want to coddle you though so he won't make you stop working unless he feels like your giving yourself problems.
He absolutely loves to listen to their heartbeat and talk to them. Oh my god, when they kick against his hands his tail wags, it's so cute.
Albedo
I honestly think he would create a child using alchemy like the Powerpuff girls.
I also believe he is sterile so he cant have children anyway.
