SIRIUS BLACK was obsessive-like long-term, talked about it every chance he got, obsessive. Every year he would find a new thing to completely immerse himself in. The year prior, it was making Severus Snape's life a living hell-which almost resulted in him losing all his friends after a particularly serious incident with Remus's 'furry little problem'. The year before that, it was Remus himself; having spent the entire fourth year obsessing over his sexuality, it made perfect sense that he'd spend his fifth obsessing over a boy. What didn't make sense, was his newly acquired seventh year obsession.

"Why didn't it work," he groaned, for possibly the fortieth time since dinner had ended. "Public humiliation always works."

"It's not that big of a deal, she had fun and so did we," Peter reasoned, shrugging his shoulders.

"It is a big deal! What if we're losing our touch?" Sirius stressed, continuing to pace along the red and gold carpet of the Gryffindor common room.

"We're not losing our touch," Remus sighed, closing his book and glaring up at his boyfriend, "James just assessed the situation wrong."

"I did no such thing," James gasped, having to pull his gaze away from his dear Lily Evans just to defend himself, "you all saw her on the train, she was practically bouncing with nerves."

"That's true, Prongs," Peter agreed hastily.

"Maybe she was just flustered by your devilishly good looks like every other girl in this school," Remus suggested, relishing in the feeling of Sirius's jealous stare.

"No, no, I know what it looks like when a girl is attracted to me," James shook his head, "that's not it."

"If you really knew that, you would've stopped going after Evans ages ago," Sirius taunted, throwing himself down on the couch next to Remus.

"Shove off, Padfoot," James spat.

"Let's focus on the situation at hand here," Remus cut in, just before Sirius had a chance to talk back, "you guys clearly aren't going to let this go, so why don't we think up another prank, hm?"

"Don't bother," a sweet voice interrupted, causing Remus to roll his eyes. Pandora Sailstream had walked in with a ditsy smile and confident aura. "She's prank proof."

"Oi, who gave you the password?" James questioned, fixing his glasses on his nose.

"Your beloved," Pandora answered, shutting James up just long enough for her to make herself comfortable beside Sirius.

Sirius swung an arm around his childhood friend's shoulder, "what're you doing here, Panda?"

"I helped you before because I thought it would get Theo to loosen up," Pandora started, "it seems to have worked, so I'm shutting you all down before you think of trying anything else. Besides, like I said, she's prank proof."

"No one's prank proof, Pandora," Remus claimed, gently placing his book off to the side. Bickering was a common occurrence when Pandora came around. She and Remus loved to debate, and they were each other's only worthy opponent.
