Kazuha X Reader,

Chapter 2

Kazuha held me by my waist and jumped us in the air landing on top of the stone fence. "Sorry, but you can look now." I was scared we're high up. Moving my eyes away from his chest I saw a field of grass and flowers. "Oh my..." I scramble off of him and peering down at the field. "Come on. We don't have all night the festival will start soon." Kazuha hops down and gestures his arms for me to jump. "Jump? Are you crazy..." I whispered yelled. "Come on I won't drop you." His raspy voice sounded confident.

I carefully drop myself off the ledge and he did in fact catch me. "Are you okay?" I nodded as I saw the grass and flowers way closer. "Put me down please." Placing my feet on the ground I ran from him as I run through flower bed. "Oh my gosh! This is! Wow it feels so!" I look around me seeing the mountains, foxes, birds, and dogs. "Amazing..." I whispered. "You act like you've never been outside..." he chuckles nervously as he clears his throat. "Well princess we must be leaving." I look into his red eyes as I smile at him. "Kazuha please Call me Y/n. no need for formalities." He nods as he gestured me to follow him. "Moon is up and this is optimal time for the festival." I follow me as we safely sneak away from my home.

   Walking on the little island with lanterns and all sorts of sweets! The smell here is amazing!

   "Kazuha what's this!" I grabbed his wrist and ran towards a sweet cart. "That's a Dango." "Wait I want to try..." I realized in my dress that my mora is gone. I didn't pack any mora.

   "Enjoy it on the house you two seem such sweet couple." The shopkeepers hands us both Dangos and waved us off before we can explain we're not together.

     "These are amazing! I never have something so sweet." Kazuha chuckles as he watch me act like a child. "Never tried desserts?" I shook my head. "My family won't allow it for worry of my body. I represent the Tano Commission. So this arrange marriage is really hard to take. I don't want to marry him. You saw him! He cared nothing then hair and way my body is." Suddenly Kazuha pushed me down behind a stone wall as we saw the Raiden shoguns guards walk by.

   Kazuha knee in between my legs with his hands on either side of my head. "Sorry. I have to hide from the guards. So don't mind my rudeness." I nodded as I remember he has an Anemo vision. "It's okay..." I know my face was flushed. He got off of me and help me back up. "Alright, let's get back to festival."

    We tour around the little island trying sweets! And we lit a lantern in the air. "Ooo what's this?" walking up to a board. "Is wishing board. You draw or write a wish and it should come true." Kazuha explained. "I want to do one." Soon a women with big red bow on her back handed us both tickets. "Then set your wish up!" She cheers. Her pryo vision was showing. How brave.

     "What did you wish for?" He hums. "I can't say." We both posted our wish. As we wave the women bye as he took me up the hill as we sat down. "Now here's the main event." Kazuha pulled out two dangos. "Here you seem to like these a lot." I stare into his red as big flash of color reflected off. "Thank you.."

   My heart thump. This man showed me more of the world then I've ever seen while growing up. Kazuha gave me a sense of freedom.

   He chuckles as he hands me the Dango and points at the sky. "Now enjoy the show." He told me. Biting into Dango as I watch the bright colors explode in the sky. It was so pretty. Gorgeous even.
This very special moment was spent here.

   I leaned towards Kazuha and kissed his cheek. "Thank you. I promise to pay back the mora." He shook his head as he gave a flushed look to me. "Don't worry. I did this on my own accord."

  I leaned my head on his shoulder. This stranger I just met today gave me more of my life then anyone else I've known.

    I really love tonight. But after tonight I'll be married off to someone who give me as much freedom as Kazuha gave me. Am I even good enough... good enough to make a run for it. To rush towards freedom.

  To run. To be free. To stay next to Kazuha. Would he even want help to me?

  "Come on its very late, I'm sure your parents will be back soon." I nodded as he help me up.

   "Are you okay? You seem in daze." He asked. "I don't want to go back." I stopped walking and he turn around to see myself tearing up. My e/c glossy. "Y/n, what do you want?" What do I want.

   What have I always wanted.

   "Can I leave with you? Leave Inazuma?" "Is that your final wish?" "I want to leave my family and Inazuma" he smiles and nods.

  "I can do that."
