Karlie, Toni and Taylor

Chapter 9

So yeah it's the last one, the longest one, the hardest one to write...

        Taylor and Calvin were inside of the car, the woman felt stressed, she knew the girl would be here, waiting for her, they had planned everything, they arrived a little late so the persons who they were supposed to met, were already inside, Calvin went out first, and opened the door for her, the paparazzi were here, flashes and click everywhere, the bodyguard created a way inside the crowd, yelling at some paparazzo who were too much close, Taylor took the man's hands and walked quickly inside of the coffee. Taylor witnessed Zedd in the corner of the room, the young DJ made a sign with his arm for them to come at his table. Calvin found him and whispered into Taylor's ear "now go find her and send me a text if you need anything". They shared a hug, nobody could see them from outside the coffee, every window were protected with a black think, only the waitresses and the clients drinking their coffee could. She whispered back "thank you", her heartbeat is her throat like if her heart was trying to jump out of her body. She felt like she was suffocating from the fear of swing Karlie, alone, face to face. She looked around and asked a waitress "did you see a young woman coming here?", the gentle lady said "yes she said that a short hair woman will search for her and that she needed the most private table so I make her go upstairs. " Taylor thought that everybody was thinking at every details, Calvin because he choose this coffee who had the tainted windows and Karlie to have a private table, it was only Taylor who couldn't make a single right decision today, her all thoughts were on what she needed to say to the younger girl. 

She walked upstairs still trying to relax but now it was too late, her hands were sweating, her heart was racing and if there wasn't the woman near who keep her attention on the stairs she would have passed out. She felt sick, like her a body couldn't transported more, her legs were shaking, to the point that her high heels clicked and the woman asked suddenly "is everything okay Miss?", Taylor faked a smile and nodded quietly. She finally arrived to the top of the stairs, she thought it was like the hardest battle of the war, she looked around herself and in the corner of the place, lost in her thoughts, it was her, the most beautiful person on earth, the love of her life, the only one Karlie Kloss. They were alone in the big room, because at this hour nobody wanted to be alone in a coffee with somebody, it was too early for that kind of appointment. 

She smiled at her even though she knew that the green eyes girl couldn't see it, the younger girl was contemplating her hands, playing with one of her rings nervously. They were both in the same boat, who was sinking but not drowning like it was almost irrecoverable but if the two wanted to, it could be. She approached the table, and the green eyes in front of her quitted their fingers and fell into her face, she stood up in a polite way, and shyly said « Hi », they shared a kiss on the cheeks, and Taylor hugged her, she smelt her perfume and relax into the younger girl's arm, who did nothing but at the moment of brooking the hug, let her nose smelling the scent of Taylor, it was like all the memories of them going back to their head. They sat together at the table, Taylor smiled and tried to relax and said

- « It's been a long time, how are you? »

- « Good good and you? », she smiled back, not its brightest one but it warmed Taylor's heart. She continued saying « My brother keep telling my when he will see you again », trying to warm the conversation and not going straightly to the topic of their relationship.

- « Oh I miss him especially our game night, say hi to him for me and your parents too ». The athlete girl let out a little laugh, Taylor nodded and asked :

- « What did you take, is that a hot chocolate? »

- « Yes, they are delicious here, you should try it. », smiling like nothing happened between them.
