Anais was hanging around with Chica and Roxanne Wolf at the main atrium by Roxy Raceway where Vincent had scampered off to after getting his injuries checked out. "I'm sorry your after work plans didn't go the way you wanted, Anais."
"It's not your fault, Chica the same with you, Roxy." She tells them. "I wish I had your tolerance level of patience, Amber eyes." Said Roxy. "You and a lot of people who work this company would too especially after working a full time shift and covering extra hours because Tina called out because of a family emergency while at the same time Simon called in sick with bad stomach parasites he got after vacationing with his ex-wife in Costa Rica and is convinced that she made him literally sick. Never travel with your ex that's what I warned him before he left." Anais said sitting on one of the folded metal chairs and looks to one of the already cleaned up tables stifling her laughter. "The Bennington triplet's birthday party disaster where grandma whaled down on Vincent. People must've already captured it on video and posted it online. The redhead finds her phone and pulls up YouTube and sees a video titled. Mega Pizzaplex Brawl: Old Lady Karen VS Purple haired security guard 🤣"

"There are different video POVs on how the fight started and all ended the same with Vanessa breaking it up." She was right, the uploads ranged from family vloggers, a social media influencer, even random people that were there just having a good time along with the occasional urban explorer. "Miss Sarah wasn't kidding that it had gone viral in a matter of seconds." The two animatronics looked to each other when they witnessed the fight. "It was funny, Chica and I placed our bets and I won betting against Vincent since he didn't put up much of a fight." She said high-fiving her. "Good thing you guys didn't get busted for gambling." Anais said saving a good YouTube video she found of the footage on her phone.

Chica then takes notice of the messy apron covered in soda and other food stains. "Oh this, that's pretty much part of working here." She said explaining how she got each one during her shift. "A kid also plopped a Mentos into a can of lemon lime Fizzy Faz, shook it and then it made a mess getting it on me. Thanks for the science experiment no one asked for. Putting a Mentos into any carbonated drink is a dangerous mix and not rocket science."
"We can help you out." Says Roxy. "You'll be looking like a whole new person once I'm done with you." Anais looked to the wolf animatronic like she was hearing things. "You can?"
"Yeah, at my raceway there's the Famous Glamrock Beauty Salon! Before construction began, guests would come for their self care days, haircuts, dye jobs, mani pedis, probable waxing, you name it!" She even looked at the ginger's chipped nails. "When you're working constantly for weeks nonstop after multiple sudden call-outs in a whole working day, it's difficult to get a self care day for yourself." This was enough for Roxy to grab her wrist and drag her over to the Glamrock Salon at her raceway. "I know a shortcut to avoid where the construction is." Chica was following after them to Roxy's shortcut. "When all this happened, they turned the raceway into a constructive maze and boy was I mad!"
"I can imagine why." She said quietly as she follows her bobbing and weaving through construction while trying to not get badly hurt finding the main raceway. "They better get done with those renovations and fast!" Roxy said to herself.

After some time later, they made it to the Glamrock Beauty Salon. "Here it is, Amber eyes." Roxy said gesturing to the salon proudly.

Anais looked impressed following after her. "It may not be like how I originally planned for when I went home but it's better than nothing." Chica hopped happily looking to her. "That's the spirit, Anais!"
"Let's go!"

Anais looked to her reflection in one of the mirrors seeing some of her ginger hair standing a bit on end looking a bit of a mess from the day's events. "She's right, I could use a little work." She said taking her black headband off.

"Once I'm done with you, you're gonna be second best! Next to me, I'm the best naturally." Boasted the wolf animatronic making the waitress roll her eyes at her.

"To confess, Chica, growing up I've never been into self care thinking it was for girly girls." She says to the chicken animatronic taking a hairbush to her red orange locks. "So you were like a tomboy." The gears turned in her head attempting to envision Anais as a tomboyish kid. "Yeah, actually. I was considered as one of the boys. My parents never liked that. My mom wanted me to be a poised, clean, soft spoken and demure like my twin sister, Ashlyn. As kids, we were the literal definition of polar opposites. I was all rough and tumble that had the taste of mud in my mouth while she was soft and gentle helping mommy dearest in the kitchen and making daddy happy." She says feeling the bitter taste in her mouth when she thinks of her childhood.

"I don't hate Ashlyn, far from it. I wished she came out of her perfumed shell and acted more like a kid instead of a little porcelain doll locked away in a grandmother's trinket collection. Have her touch some grass. Until we got invited to Tommy Swanson's birthday party which was at a waterpark and we wore matching swimsuits and all hell broke loose with me stealing the swim shorts of the other boys via underwater pantsing at the pools and sometimes the lazy river but I left Tommy's alone because he was my best friend back in the day." She laughed remembering the waterpark party. "It wasn't until some years later Ashlyn married him and I was the maid of honor at their wedding. I still keep tabs with them and she's now expecting her 7th kid. She always told me about how she dreamed of getting married and having a house full of babies. I'm not about that life because I'm about living it in my own terms not by people's expectations of how I should according to them."

Roxy then does Anais' nails painting them with her color scheme. "Roxy, this is cool nail art." She said surprised. "I know, I saw how one of the nail artists did it." She said adding neon green French Tips and painted little black lightning bolts and stars on her colored ruby red nails matching her design. "There you go, I bet that makes me your favorite." She said getting the redhead's nails under the dryer. "Cool it with the narcissism and then we'll talk favorites." She said to Roxy admiring her new manicure.
