"I honestly can't believe you haven't seen Encanto." Sarah said sipping her wine. "Maybe I haven't gotten around to it." Mike said with a shrug. "Haven't gotten around to it, I've heard that excuse one too many times, Schmidt."

She then composes herself refilling her glass. "You, me, we're watching this movie and appreciating Lin Manuel Miranda's genius." She said grabbing the remote to switch on Disney+ and starts the movie.

"We once had an Encanto themed birthday party later in the day after the Benningtons and it was very fun and it was twins celebrating one dressed as Mirabel and the other as Dolores." She tells him.

"So that's what that birthday party theme was. Wow, I guess this movie really got everyone hyped up." Said Mike refilling his glass halfway. "This is really rich wine. How'd you get your hands on it?"

"My Tinder boyfriend." She said to him. "Which one?" Mike asked knowing his girlboss had troubles with securing a relationship. "Zachary Baker, he's my most recent one and he sent me this very fancy Italian red wine." She explained. "Oh right, the crazy rich handsome CEO to-be." She answered with a nod as they watched the movie together and it turned out to be a sing-along version that they ended up enjoying as well

Some time later...

🎵A hurricane of jacarandas (woo!)
Strangling figs (go!), hanging vines (grow!)
Palma de cera fills the air as I climb
And I push through
What else, what else?🎵

The two danced, twirled and mirrored almost what was seen in the movie with Mirabel and Isabela feeling so free-spirited and not held back by any rules.

🎵What can you do when you are deeply, madly, truly in the moment?
(Seize the moment, keep goin')
What can you do when you know who you wanna be is imperfect?
But I'll still be okay
Hey, everybody clear the way, woo!🎵

Mike was truly captivated as he took her by the hand and sweeps Sarah off her feet making her squeal with excitement.

Meanwhile...

At Superstar Daycare, Jeremy and Sundrop were in the play structures. "Hey Sunny do you hear that?"
They stop at the end of the tunnel they were crawling inside of. "Hear what Jeremy, buddy?"
"It kinda sounds like singing. I mean, if we're real quiet we might hear it better." He said as they test out the theory and heard singing voices coming from somwwhere in the daycare. "I hear it, pal. Whoever they are, I say they're the best singers!" Said the sunshiny daycare attendant as he and the brown haired male take the side down.

Back at Fazbear Theater...

🎵Show 'em what you can do
What else can I do?
(There's nothing you can't do)
What else can I do?🎵

"I've never seen this side of you, Miss Sarah." Mike said stunned as they sat back down with a now empty wine bottle. "What side of me?" She asks.
"This side normally me and everyone else who work here see you as this no nonsense, hardworking and occasional Karen-busting girlboss." The mature woman blushed a light shade of red.

'Is that what my employees think of me these days? I'm not sure whether to feel flattered or insulted.' She thought.

"Stop, I'm not all that." She said jabbing at his side.
"But you are, remember that time you dealt with this entitled couple who tried to order chicken alfredo but we clearly don't serve it and you sent her that Olive Garden that is like halfway across town, if that ain't standing your ground and no giving in to their ridiculous demands I don't know what is." He said to her.

"Yes, I know I did that but it's not always easy being the boss, Mike." She said taking a deep breath.

"Um... Miss Sarah, you seem kinda upset."
