"Head count of seven, eight totaled." Sakusa called out to the small brigade of six in front of himself, seven including his own presence as well. He'd finally shown to meet with the east brigade, right by the armory as they had planned the other day."Yes Sir." All soldiers and the one required knight had responded in unison, earning a nod from said dark-haired.
"Myself and Motoya will exit first, in diced formation you all follow, understood?" Sakusa questioned, diverting his gaze away from the brigade and onto his horse; taking a moment to get on and readied.
"Yes Sir." The brigade responded once again and followed their royals actions, getting on their own steeds as well.
Silence had ensued after they'd all gotten ready, the air slightly thick as a tense atmosphere swelled up. It never cleared, not as the brigade left the kingdom nor as they headed for the woods; it had only worsened.
Of course none of the eight were really expecting much, you had to be one daring bastard to willingly stroll onto Kyōi's land without permission, and an even dumber one to come back a second time.
Surely Fukuro's king wasn't naive enough to consider going back, Bokuto had to be smarter than that.
Wrong, oh how wrong they all were.
Around the south-eastern forests of Kyōi, Sakusa's brigade came across the same culprits from the other day. There before them were four men on horses, their both armour and attire a elegant mix of white, black, and a small tinge of metallic yellows, nearly resembling gold in it's brightest form.
The men in question quickly responded to the newfound threat, readying themselves just as Sakusa's own brigade did. This was a fight that could only go sour, Bokuto's brigade was outnumbered yet had more lethals, whereas Sakusa's brigade was larger yet armed with mid-level combat items.
Both brigade's held their stances for a solid minute, preparing for one to take the first step into officializing the fight. To no surprise, before Bokuto could even ponder the thought, Sakusa had charged in first — the rest of his brigade following right behind.
After all, Kyōi's reputation stood true; they never shied away from a fight.

"Are they not some of the fairest flowers ya have seen?" Atsumu asked, a soft tone of admiration lacing his voice as he stared at the flower bed of clematis' in front of himself and Akagi.
"Indeed they are, they remind me of th-"
"-Akagi Michinari!" A familiar voice hollered from the palace gates that had been thrown open no longer than a minute ago.
The tone coming from Komori alarmed both Akagi and Atsumu, causing the two to jump straight up, watching intently as Komori had ridden up to them. The two immediately had one shared concern, Sakusa hadn't ridden in at the front of the brigade, they didn't see him at all -- until Komori had stopped by them that is.
Behind said brunette, holding on rather weakly was Sakusa, who given his overall stance was clearly wounded — and not lightly.
"Michinari we need a medic now." Komori demanded urgently as he quickly slid down of the side of his steed — immediately turning to offer Sakusa support off as well.
