"Ooh Aug I had the worse day" I close the door behind me and walked right to the fridge "Ace" I could hear him barking but he never came. I grabbed a wine cooler out the fridge and frowned noticing it was my last one. I swear I just bought a case

I walked towards the bedroom because August didn't answer me to find Haley coming out the bathroom "August isn't here. I'll tell him you dropped by"

"No need. I'll just get a nap and wait on him. You can show yourself out though" she folded her arms

"I'm not leaving" she look me up and down. I walked towards the guest bedroom and frowned, why is Ace in the cage?

I let him out and he started jumping around. I walked out with him following me. Once Haley saw him she jumped on the chair "he can get up there" I assure her "maybe you should leave if you so damn scared because this is his house. He doesn't go in the cage" and I'm going to get on August because he knows better.

"I'm not leaving" Haley say making me roll my eyes

"You should" I don't want her here and I'm staying the night. August and I don't need any company. Just us and our dog

"If you want to fuck August just say that" I rolled my eyes "I know you're jealous of me"

Me jealous of her? "Haley please you're nothing but a cum bucket"

She started laughing "then why am I going with August to meet his mom this weekend"

Now this was news to me. Last weekend we had the best weekend but now he's showing his ass. He knows I don't want to be on a damn plane with Haley "you out of your mind. He probably mentioned it to you but he didn't invite you" 

"He bought my plane ticket" I pulled out my phone so fast. It was really no point because he was walking through the door

"My two favorite girls" he kiss my forehead before walking towards Haley. "Babe, why are you in the chair"

"August you caged Ace up? That's what we do now" I ask

"I didn't" August look at me

"I was scared. He's so big" Haley say

"All the times you've been over here" August say

"Exactly. You're a guest in his house. Ace doesn't do the cage" August looked at me "sorry" I mumble rolling my eyes.

"I got this" he assure but he was gone be way too nice "did he bark or growl for you to be scared"

"Yes he did" She's a lie! Ace only barks when you try to intimidate him

"Probable cause-" I rolled my eyes

"Come on Ace" I snatch the front door open. I was one comment away from slapping the both of them. How is August going to just trust her?

"Ariana" I rolled my eyes not bothering to turn around "sit Ace"

"Come Ace" I demand. He looked between the two of us before tucking his tail "Ace" I point to the door and he started walking.

He followed me out and to my car "so you gone drive upset? That's what we do now"

"She put my dog in a cage and you invited her to our weekend" I pout "I do not like her"

"Oh you don't" August laugh

"I'm inviting Shawn" we had a nice outing on Saturday. He had money and everything. Shocked the hell out of me

"To my family's house? The way I'll beat that niggas ass" I shrugged my shoulders

"Why would you even invite her? You want her around everyday now" I point out "you really like this girl"
