A Tough Day at School

AN: === means changing POV'S or dramatic time lapse (arrived at school, end of day, etc.) *** means change in time (lunch, walking to class, end of day, etc.) ((Shoji is a sliding door that people separate rooms with. Akitos leads it to his garden.))

Laura's P.O.V.

The next morning I walked downstairs after I got ready for school. Tohru was already in the kitchen making breakfast, and Shigure, Yuki, and Kyo were sitting at the table.

"Good morning Laura, how did you sleep?" Shigure asked cheerfully. "Oh and how was your first day at school?" He continued.

"I slept well thank you and school was great," I replied.

Tohru brought the food to the table and we began to eat. While we were eating, Yuki and Kyo were making weird faces at each other.

"Fine I'll do it," Kyo hissed. "Hey Laura, we were thinking that to get you home we should first ask..." The rest of the words were mumbled and I couldn't hear.

"What was that last part?" I asked while raising an eyebrow.

"We should ask Akito." Kyo said loudly.

I raised my eyebrow again. "Who's Akito?"

Yuki sighed and looked at me. He explained everything about Akito and how he threatened to hurt Tohru because she knew about the curse.

"Wow, Akito sounds like he's - um - violent?" I murmured. "Do I have to see him? Is he going to kill me?!" I said panicking.

"Well, there's no other way, he has to know or we could all get killed," Yuki replied sadly. "We will go on Saturday." Yuki continued.

I sat there staring at my breakfast and wondering if Akito will physically hurt me or if he won't believe anything and forget I had anything to do with the Sohma's. I looked at everyone and sighed. Should I tell them about yesterday with the whole Yuki Fan Club situation? I thought.

"Um," I started to say nervously. "Well, yesterday when I sat with the Prince Yuki Fan Club members, they asked me if I could join..." my voice trailed off. "I didn't say yes, but I also didn't say no and it was kind of weird that some girls like Yuki and made a club about it." I finished.

Yuki sighed and looked at me. I think he couldn't believe what I just said and if I wanted to join the club then the other members would want to hang out at my place, which is here and they'll find out that I live with Yuki and get jealous! What's even worse is that Yuki will stay far away from me and if I do stay near him then the girls will try to hug him and then he will transform and he'll hate me.

No, I will not join the club even if they will hate me. I have to keep this secret from spreading to anyone else and that is my task. I said in my head with triumph.

Yuki, Kyo, and Tohru looked at me because I had a thinking face on. I blushed and after that we left to walk to school.

Narrator's P.O.V.

They walked out of the woods expecting to find Momiji and Hatsuharu, but they weren't there. They arrived a bit early this time.

They walked to their class and sat down in their seats. Kyo sat next to Laura and she slightly blushed. Way in the back of the class sat the Prince Yuki Fan Club members who were glaring at Laura and whispering to each other.

At lunch, Laura sat with Tohru and her friends. Kyo and Yuki got their lunch and walked to the table. Kyo sat next to Laura and Yuki sat next to Tohru. Tohru and Laura blushed. Behind them, was the Prince Yuki Fan Club members.
