(Tara POV) Before I'm really ready Myrcella is sent off to Dourne and Stannis Baratheons fleet reach Kings Landing. I have my armor put on by some soliders, uncle Tyrion and mother walking up to me. Eghar is eating her fill, before her first battle. "Uncle Tyrion and mother coming to see me off someone pinch me." I joke, trying to cover my anxiety with nerves. "Remember to fly high , aim far and wide." Tyrion advises. "Eghar does the aiming." I tell. "This is serious Tara, rumors have come that Stannis has scorpions and largest bows and arrows made." Tyrion lets out. I take deep breath, having a hard time believing were going to release dragon fire on Stannis, a man that was practically a father figure. I rub Eghars neck, wondering if she is as nervous as I am. "Sorry, first fight, nervous." I admit, as the soldiers finish, walking away at my nod. "You don't have to do this." mother mutters. "Yes I do. Eghar will ensure Kings Landings safety." I say. "Fearful, dont be stupid. Wait for my signal." Uncle Tyrion orders, leaving in a hurry. "Man of many words is man of few words in battle." I point out. Mother walks up next to me, hugging me tightly, me hugging her lightly because of my armor. "Return my unburnt lion, return unburnt and un broken, and alive." mother pleads. "Eghar will protect me. I'll protect her, we will protect each other." I state, walking closer to Eghar, him spreading his wings. I look mother in the eye and say "With Fire and Blood, Hear me Roar." With that I climb onto Eghar, "Fly" I say in Valyrian. Eghar takes off into the sky,  flying higher into the sky, until Kings Landing is a speck below us. We stay still and wait for Tyrions signal. "My Eghar, know whatever happens, your my sister. I love you, and will fight with you. Lets give them a fight to remember." I yell. Eghar replying by purring before roaring. I see a big green explosion under us, Tyrion wildfire. "Dive" I yell in old Valyrian, we swoop around before diving for the green blob in the dark abyss that is the water and night. Flying over Stannis's fleet, Eghar stays a good distance above, "Dracarys." I scream. Eghar releases dragon fire on the fleet. We circle the ships, spurting out dragon fire where ever there is a ship not burning. Soon, I hear the whoosh of arrows pass us, Eghar flies higher, flapping her wings as fast as she can. Higher above the carnage I see the great wildfire on the ocean, that we have started. "Once more Eghar. Dracarys." I yell. Eghar dives once again, releaseing a never ending torch of her fire onto anything below. Again the sound of passing arrows grows louder, hearing a larger swoosh meaning they have started fireing scorpians. I duck down into Eghars scales and spikes. "Away." I yell in old Valyrian, Eghar flying away from the great fire, arrows following our path. When it looks like were out of danger, Eghar flinches and contorts, letting out a shriek of pain I have never heard. We start falling, I hang on for dear life, having to pull my legs back to Eghar. "Come on Eghar, Fly." I yell. Eghar flaps her wings, in quick spurts before crashing down onto the ground. I take deep breath, as Eghar does the same. I slowly  slide off Eghars back, looking around us. Were out in the fields away from Kings Landing, but you can still see the fire and smoke of Blackwater Bay. I turn to Eghar, looking for the injury but its too dark to see. "Eghar, Dracarys." Eghar whines and groans. "Please Eghar one more flame. Dracarys." I beg. Eghar coughs a little before setting fire to a nearby tree. Using what light I can, I barely see the scorpian bolt embeded in Eghars shoulder, inches from her neck. "Its not that bad. But we should get it out." I admit, starting to pull on the giant bolt that is bigger than me. Eghar whines and shrieks in pain, "I know Eghar, it hurts, I can't imagine, but we have to get it out." Eghar butts her head hard into me, making me fall. I stand up, slowly walking back over to Eghar, her licking her wound. I sit down leaning against her tail. "Well deal with it later." I huff out. I barely get any sleep, afraid for what has happened to Kings Landing and my family. But both me and Eghar are tired, Eghar injured, so we can little more than wait for either Stannis or Joffrey's men to come and find us. A few loose goats and sheep run by, Eghar having her pick for breakfast. I even take a few chunks of charred meat from a sheep. "You were brilliant Eghar." I admit as we watch the sunrise, me laying against Eghars long neck, Eghar purrs and chirps, like when she was a baby. Hearing aproaching horses. I stand up, pulling out my sword, ready to fight. Eghar lifts her head. A bunch of horses come running up to us, some in Lannister armor, others with Tyrell armor. "Lady Tara?" they ask, "Yes." I answer. "We've been sent out by Lord Tywin and King Joffrey to find you, along with other search parties. We are here to report the Lannisters and Tyrells have won the battle." a guard tells. "Tyrells?" I ask,  "Everything will be explained on your return, please mount a horse and come back to Kings Landing." a guard tells. "First we help Eghar, help me get the scorpion bolt out of her." I order, walking over to Eghars head. The guards freeze where they are, looking over Eghar. "We need to get this bolt out if she's going heal, please." I say. The guards get off their horses, tip toeing toward me, Eghar lowering her head. "You pull the bolt out, I'll try to keep her calm." I plan, standing right in front of Eghars eye. The men grab hold of the bolt pulling and wiggling it, Eghar crying out as I rub her head. "Easy, Eghar." I murmer in Valyrian, the guards keep pulling, Eghar keeps screaming, I keep petting and trying to sooth. Soon the bolt flies out. Eghar is on her feet, turning to the guards looking like she is going to eat them then and there. I yell "Calm, Eghar, your alright. Look." I say, gesturing her wound as I run infront of the guards. Eghar growls before sniffing her wound, then looking at us, before laying back down. I rub her wing, "She needs to rest." I turn to the guards.
